Best/Worst (or most disappointing) wins of 2013...

My best was tickets to a WWE wrestling event in the UK as my partner is a big fan!

The one that was a disappointment was a baby set that I received from an online photographer. I was really looking forward to it as I am expecting our first child.

The prize was meant to consist of a blanket, a teddy and a baby grow. The blanket never turned up, the baby grow had clearly been worn as it had stains on it and was creased and the teddy's arms were hanging off so I stitched them back on. The communication with the photography studio was pretty poor and abrupt too.

I started comping last March and haven't had any disappointing prizes yet!

Best actual prize so far is £500 M&S card.
Best "win" of the year though was my new job. Only downside to that is that since I started in November I haven't been comping much (I don't think the advents helped as although I know I didn't have to do them I kept trying to get through them, ran out of time, and couldn't keep up) BUT over the last few days I've finally got into back into it properly, so now looking forward to seeing what I win this year!

My best win was the £200 Asda vouchers which I spent on a new 2013 Nexus 7 tablet. I love it! I bought my brother one a year before and knew I needed one for myself. I never would have got one if not for the voucher and the newer model is better than my brother's.

My worst prize was probably the Novotel 3 course meal which expired approximately a month after winning. I never went for the meal unfortunately because the nearest hotel is miles away!

Best win: Big retro sweetie hamper. Came with loads of rainbow drops (om nom nom nom)

Worst Win: 'A notepad and pen'. Which in fact turned out to be a pack of post its and a biro. Probably cost more to send than the prize was worth! :P

OMG I just came across a baked bean with my name on it! I won it last year on Facebook - yep a baked bean (a pretend one btw!) with my name on it and it came in a little wooden gift box! 'And why did I enter to win that!?' I hear you ask......I tell you I am ditzy and away with the fairies.....so I don't have a clue!
