Best is wining shopping for a year with Aldi (£3640) then they sent a extra £140 because of the delay. Worst NONE i am happy with every win no matter how small.

Just to add THANK YOU to everyone that has posted competitions.

  • My best this year is an all-inclusive holiday to Barbados (in the new Sandals resort) which we are taking in May next year :j

My most disappointing is probably a pair of tights from the Sales Gossip advent which haven't arrived yet and they didn't ask for a size, so will probably be for a miniature person! :rotfl:
Back to comping after a 3-year hiatus :j

Best wins this year were an iPad Mini, and a fab beach bag stuffed to the gills with Palmers toiletries, and then at the bottom a £200 red letter days voucher too!! This was a wonderful win as it came totally out of the blue - I love surprise wins!!

Worst wins, (or most disappointing) a set of graphic novels for some film I've never heard of, these were a runners up prize apparently so I presume I must have entered for something like a telly or X box!!
Also a picnic hamper that was no way worth what they stated, really flimsy and next to nothing in it!

Other than that, I don't usually have disappointing wins as I only enter for things I'd really love to win!

Me too, though I have often found myself being disappointed in the quality of an item! I also once won a knitted cardi that looked thick and warm in the photo I shared on Facebook but when it came it wasn't thick and was full of clicks and the hem and cuffs were badly finished off. I didn't complain, as I had received it for free, but if I bought it from their online store I would have demanded a refund and sent it back!
:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea

Best of a bad bunch this year a laptop bag from land's end advent. Seriously my best win this year. The worst a pair of plastic sunglasses from irn bru.
The only other prizes were odd boxes of cereal, that randomly turned up even though I had no clue I had won. Next year has to be much better, as frankly it could not be worse.
All items welcome as even if I didn't want them I can usually make someone's day by giving them away, but not found any one who would love the sunglasses. :D

Oh and I also got 4 walkers crisp packs with my name on, quite a cool gift and happy to get them, just for summat with my name on.
    63 mortgage payments to go.

    Zero wins 2016 😥

My best win was a trip to Europe for the Christmas Markets, was absolutely wonderful. Closely followed by something we are doing next week......

Don't have a disappointing one really as I love all wins my hubby says I would be excited even if I won a bar of soap!!! Good luck to everyone for the new year. Will be adding up my spreadsheet for total wins etc, but not until January as I don't want to Jinx it!!
MAY THE ODDS BE EVER IN YOUR FAVOUR
  • Best: Has to be the Glastonbury tickets as I'd always wanted to go and it was a really great experience that I wouldn't have been able to afford otherwise.

Most disappointing: I also had quite a few issues with a 'certain Christmas' site! I had several issues with the website, one wrong item sent and also really shocking quality items! (really lumpy plastic on the Christmas lights etc...). They were obviously quite a new company and were very polite in all correspondence so I just didn't have the heart to complain. Needless to say I won't be using them again!
Also my problem of a broken gnome from 'The Lady' magazine was never resolved.
    :D January 2016: :) Seed Pantry Grow Pod :)
