Ahh, just spent some time reading through this thread, so nice to know I'm not the only one ridiculously excited about Christmas already!
Quick question for you - has anyone any non fleecy Christmas onesies? Me and the family are wearing them on Christmas Day, but my sister-in-law has already picked the good ones from Tescos!!! Don't want to spend much more than £15 if possible. Any ideas?0 -

Hi tanyasharma, do you have a Store21 near you as I saw children's cotton onesies in there last week. I maybe wrong but I think there was some in B&M, oh & Burtons possibly for the men in your life.
Matalan have a few too

The cellophane wrap is in Lidl now. They had clear, red stars, white snowflakes and something which could've been writing in silver and gold but I couldn't tell. Everything I wanted to buy/look at today had a mountain of stock piled in front of it waiting to be put out! I couldn't see their choc coins and notes bag. Has anyone else seen these in Lidl yet?
Watching The Polar Express with a hot choc. Feeling rather chilly today.
Oh, I've finished reading The Christmas Party and I'm now on Humbugs and Heartstrings. Hoping to finish that before the Chrissie Manby book gets delivered.Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27

Just been to Lidl and bought mine, thanks to whoever posted earlier that it was coming in today (might have been you Ruth_honey) - they had clear, white snowflake, red stars, gold stars and the one you mentioned with writing on but couldn't read/see it properly. Great price though, 10 metres for 99p. no excuse not to get on with the hamper wrapping now
Christmas shopping with DD this morning. Got my advent calendars for the food bank, so just need to take them there now. Also finished my Christmas shopping for my little Postpal and his family and have spent a lovely hour wrapping up birthday and Christmas pressies so feeling very festive now. It's the most wonderful timeof the year :0 -

Trisha Ashley is very pleased that we're enjoying her books! :j
Peppapig-yes, it was me. Thought I'd mention that they were in stock today, in case anyone intended to buy some but lost track of days (as I tend to!). I've still got some from last year, but it's great value in there. Especially the clear one if you make up birthday hampers too. I'm itching to start making up some hampers, but I've got no space to keep them safe and unsquished at the moment.Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27

Evening. I've been busy and managed to get most of the kids Christmas sorted. My oldest 2 wanted a stunt scooter each and my dd2 wanted Snow glow Elsa, managed to get them on 3 for 2 at Argos, so Elsa was free
Also got them a ramp to use with them ( I am regret that one). Just a couple of smaller gifts and a few more stocking fillers to get.
I picked up some battery operated lights for outside, someone mentioned battery ones before, Fiesty I think it was? I will be putting them on the tree outside in a couple of weeks, just hope they last. They were only £5.99 from Home Bargains.
I seen someone talking about flavoured coffee a few pages back, I thought I'd try Beanies gingerbread coffee today. I thought it would be similar in flavour to the Nescaf! latte ones, but it was horrible. Tasted like cheap maple syrup/ chicory. I sent them a message on fb, they said it should taste or smell like that, so they are sending me a jar of Christmas pudding coffee to try.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0
