  • Did anyone else catch the sainsburys ad between Corrie about the English & the Germans during the world war, singing silent night & their game of football together at Christmas?
Made me well up... Always does that story X
  • Yes I just saw that advert, was very moving.

Thanks to those that mentioned my ring query, I should say though that from what Ive read gold etc is much easier to be reused, whereas platinum can be more difficult. I think I'll go in and get my ring back, and if I don't get to see the actual jeweller and ask their opinion rather than that assistant I'll go elsewhere. I was hoping to get a nice eternity ring at some point so may get my engagement ring fixed and then put it away as Im not sure Id like 3 rings on one finger. My fingers are pretty small - Im size H/I.

Back to the Christmas talk! I almost completed wrapping earlier, then ran out of paper :D lol
    Go big or go home!

JJ - I've just seen on the Grabbit Board that Achica have a Pandora sale on at the mo - have had a look and although there aren't loads of charms there are quite a few, just a case of it they're what you're looking for. Just log onto Achica and search Pandora and the stuff will all come up. Hope all went well today. :)
It's the most wonderful timeof the year :
  • This isn't at all Christmas related but I went and messed up pinterest and signed in on my old one not my new one, then wanted to steal some pins from my old one onto my new one so tried searching for myself.
Couldn't find me... but did find someone has pinned a picture from flickr of some shoes I made years ago..
It just amazes me that some random person in the world has happened across the picture and thought them pretty enough to pin!
Made my day that has :)

I hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.
even when it feels like your not....

JJ glad you have got a bed wishing you lots and lots of good luck vibes hope everything goes to plan my lovely xx

MRSGUYMARTIN sorry i cant help with the ring but it does sound a bit funny to me especially as she was so rude, i would definitely go somewhere else even if just for better customer service

CAV whoah thats quite a list but i know how you feel i still havent got my feature wall in the LR wallpapered its been months but i have to wait for my sister as im too scared of ruining paper and i cant afford to pay a decorator, but i would love it all finished for christmas :D

LULU ask at the club because my BIL used to be a footballer and they had special signing days

JEMB oh thankyou for saying that, yes i am so glad she isnt bottling it all up, and i think that is what it is she has found it so overwhelming, no help from the midwife (i do hate saying that as i know they do a fab job but i cant believe the lack of care she has received, whether it is the sign of the times, the area she lives in or shortage of staff i dont know, but i am very disappointed) i hope you and baby are doing well :)

HISMISSUS im sure your food hamper will be fab and very much appreciated

MRSCHRISTMAS ooh i hope your week ends a lot better than it started, and lots of healing vibes being sent to DS. Oh that advert was lovely wasnt it?

PINKNFLUFFY and breathe......... it will all come together in the end my lovely, look after yourself with all that work and dont burn yourself out

PIXTOTTS aah what a fab surprise for you, well done :)

I'm almost certain that I saw frozen for around this price in my local Lidl on Tuesday too but it was while DSs school was ringing me about his accident so wasn't taking too much notice!
