Just had a phone call from DD2 i could barely understand she sounded drugged up to the eyeballs saying 'Hes Here' and thats all i know she was just speaking gobbledegook :rotfl::rotfl:she went into proper labour yesterday about 6pm went into hosp about midnight but she was only 3cm dilated so they said she would be better off at home, then 7am her waters went, that is all i know and although i missed the birth i am just so thankful that he is here safe and sound and she is ok, will update you later with the details

FIERYANGEL welcome to our lovely thread, i completely understand, the thing is it is only ourselves that put pressure on us, so you have done completely the right thing and stood back and taken the pressure off, as our lovelies said the way to do it is little chunks at a time so that it is achievable, im sorry you have been so ill and still dont feel better, i now write down all i want to make, bake etc and try and get it done in bits throughout December but when i know i wont get it done then i just put the list away for another time and dont feel a failure, and you can offload on here as much as you like we are all good listeners

Sorry not visited in a while, it's been hectic while we're TTC

Got a good idea of the things I want to make this year:
- Irish Cream
- Sweet Chilli Jam
- Chocolates
- Blanket coats/capes for my mum, sister and I (found a great DIY which I will link when I get home, only requires a yard of fabric, some velvet trim and two buttons for each one!)


I hope everyone is in the swing of things now! Was listening to Christmas songs on the way to work and I'm going to a Christmas shopping event at a garden centre tonight - Don't forget to watch The Food Network this weekend, I know I will be!
