They did do them for £1 each a couple of years ago as I bought loads then, but I need more this year.
May have to do Ikea again!
Thank you everyone so much! It will definitely be between wilkinsons and Ikea nowx

Oh for anyone buying for Harry potter fans New look have the house t shirts, they are online only and you seem to have to search for each shirt.
Primark have these too for £6 I think. They also have Star Wars and other retro styles in the menswear section. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

ALIASLOTTE oh they look fab#103 1p Saving Challenge Back to Front 293.94/665.95Currently Reading: Christmas at Cedarwood Lodge - Rebecca Raisin Debt Free thanks to MSE0 -
mrs giggleswick, they are gorgeous, you talented lady, you.
Aliaslotte, the hampers are lovely, l like the baubles on the bows.
Looking out at the rain, and trying to teleport the garden waste bin round to the front ready for collection, but no joy, suppose l will have to brave it out and get on with it. (a suitable reward for that, perhaps a hot chocolate with sprinkles)
I have just wrapped some sweets in orange Halloween paper to look like pumpkins, cello'ed and ribboned, they look ok for the trick or treaters. Will make crispy marshmallow cakes with orange colouring next, and then pop some corn and put in small cones like witches hats. Cheap'n'cheerful that's me!
DDIL has promised me a list of presents by the end of the week, so that when l go to York with fave cos. next month l can punch a big hole in it. Of course the off side is she wants one from me with ideas for them to get others in the family, no pressure then, eh?
Oh, and l will be able to copy the photos from the 'shoot' for cheapo extra gifts . I am now on the lookout for mounts and frames.
Nice to see new names posting, come on in, the waters lovely. xxxx0 -

Yep Primark had the 4 houses then the Hogwarts Symbol also. £6 each. I know this because I bought all 5:o Not for me may I add, but for gifts.
They also do/did House socks, Quidditch pyjamas and tracksuits.
With Primark I have learnt a valuable lesson. GET THE STUFF WHEN YOU SEE THEM, no matter who is with you, because I learnt the hard way:( Went back in the following day and they were either gone or sizes weren't right:mad:
And Primark (well mine anyway) don't seem to be in any rush to get the poplar stuff back in in a hurry:mad:
I've started to wrap up my PostPals charity Elf gifts. Just need to find boxes to put them in to post. Also have wrapped our Charity Christmas tree appeal, for when that opens up in the shopping Center. Hopefully that'll be soon as I need the room:rotfl:
Also bought each child in my clas 2 packs of Scented Loom bands each. They need to be wrapped up. Still can't find the party bags I want though:( Also bought packs for DD's party bags in December. Found them thanks to another Belfast lady on MS forums who informed me Tescos had them on sale for 12p each:eek: So I ended up buying the rest of the shelf :rotfl: Any left over will go to PostPals children/siblings, and then to the charity appeal againPay all debt off by Christmas 2025 £815.45/£3,000£1 a day challenge 2025 - £180/£730 Declutter a bag a week in 2025 11/52Lose 25lb - 10/25lbs Read 1 book per week - 5/52Pay off credit card debt 18%/100%0 -
Because of arthritis I haven't shopped in Primarni for over a year now, but I agree, if you see it, you get it. Just sometimes they have really tasteful jewellery, I have three mock Murano glass heart shaped pendants that have been much admired. I just wish they did more silvery stuff rather than the garish, cheap-looking gilt. (Apologies, gilt fans.)
I bought Primarni Christmassy fleece nighties a few years back that still look as good as new, despite being worn for 3 seasons out of 4, it's only in summer that they are put away.
My buddy has asked for the Primarni Sloggi-style knickers for Chrimbo this year, they are wonderful. Not a single pair of mine - all over 2 years old and up to 6/7 years old - has worn out. They wash like dishrags and dry in a trice. I hope they still stock them, haven't been in for so long, so don't know!Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0
