    Thanks lovely.

I can't remember if I have already posted about this.. but I had an appointment with London hospital on Wednesday just gone. They have already phoned to book a scan for this Thursday followed by the week after going in for another op and more test ect. They have been quick and efficient already. Hoping by Xmas things will be far more settled.

    Hugs to all. x

  • Morning I'm another who is up early in work today, dressed as a pirate for Halloween I'll try and get a snap to show you all. Don't know how much Christmas I'll manage today. Might come home and price up all the LUSH gifts I want. Need to sort dad's insurance today.

I have been naughty I've bought myself a pair of uggs, but I have debated over them for years, and am buying a kids pair that will fit me.

Oh for anyone buying for Harry potter fans New look have the house t shirts, they are online only and you seem to have to search for each shirt.

Love and hugs to all xxx

I read this site on my mobile sometimes but I find it quite slow to scroll & a real nightmare to post a response... it might just be my phone but an App would be a great idea.
Also just wanted to thank you for the idea of a St. Christopher.
I'm having real anxiety/separation issues at the moment with my DDs because they have to go away & travel a lot for their sport without me & I feel they're so young :(
It's great that they are being giving all these opportunities & experiences but it's so hard letting go & trusting the world with your children :(
I think I'm going to get them one each as an extra special gift.
Hope your DD has a safe & wonderful time xx

Not very MSE but spent yesterday afternoon watching Christmas shows on QVC & made another Bethlehem Lights purchase :o
I think there's a few more on today.
Spent the day before perfecting my gingerbread recipe as I'm going to make a halloween haunted gingerbread house next week for the kids. Ended up with to much to eat & sent the excess in with Mr C for his work... rave reviews & have been asked for more! I love working with gingerbread!

Pixtotts Thank you.... those cola bottles sound like another great idea to add to my children's stockings (they're only allowed it as a treat)

Couldn't resist any longer & have hung my new clear fairy lights up in the kitchen :D
    Off to catch up xx

    Morning all,
Other than stockings im done now, I have to say I'm finding the stockings harder that the main gifts. I'm going out to B & M on my own later so hoping to get a few more bits.

I've ordered the dogs "chill pills" to get him through the fireworks they really do take the edge off the stress for him.

Asda have large bars of Galaxy choc for £2 and imperial leather shower gel for 50p ,might be useful for any hampers.

Thanks Mrs Christmas for the heads up on the jelly beans at WHSmiths, may have a look in town today.

Did you have any luck at your WHSmiths?
I could always grab some for you & post them if needed?
2 for £2 is a great price compared to what Am*z*n wanted to charge for them!

Wow, lovely to 'see' you, Nanamia, and JJ. Nana, enjoy Oz and your lovely family, b*gger about the packing, but l know you will get it covered. Well done vibes to you and DH, and a gini ormous hug.
JJ hope the tests etc, go well and provide a positive way forward for you, hugs to you, too.
Christmas has stood still this week, but DD and l are going to collect our posh photos today, so will soon know if they can be copied and given as presents to various family members, and a visit to the Range and M&S Christmas store.
I keep checking in with Card Factory, but no elf so far, if l cant get one there where else might have them?
Dreamt last night that l had lost my car, woke up and kept thinking 'l could try this, or look there, or ask so and so. Er, look out the window you daft bat, car is on the drive!!!!
Off to get ready, now, ready for the off. xxxxx

Morning lovelies! Well I managed to get everything done yesterday by the skin of my teeth (and were 5 minutes late to the restaurant!) I have a busy day full of nice things ahead of me, but what do you know, my GUAG has disappeared again!
