    :xmastree:Hi All,

I found some fish shape cat biscuits in Petsmart whilst I was Killing time between a house viewing and a hospital appointment.

I am in love with the house,a perfect Christmas house, unfortunately my house has only been for sale since last Friday,so not actually in a position to buy it!

I am off out tonight to the theatre to see a comedy detective thing I think.A freeby through my husbands work.

I will press on with my craft stall stuff tomorrow and get some pics up,I would appreciate some feedback.

I don't have a job but do some relief work as a teaching assistant. So with my earnings this year I have got a fantastic deal to take us to Hamburg Christmas markets. The profit from the craft stuff will hopefully be our spending money.

    Gotta go,Vulpix xx

Welcome Lexilex and Vulpix (waves madly but smilies not working) and welcome back Debndot and Picnmix.

Chrissy, thanks for the link to the colouring books. Your Poundland is amazing - ours has only had a few Frozen bits here and there because apparently there was a national shortage. Keeping fingers crossed that this might mean things are moving now.

FieryAngel - Achica is good if you'd normally buy designer stuff although I must admit I'm only a member so I can log in when they have a Pandora sale lol. I keep an eye on the Grabbit board and when someone posts a Pandora sale I pop on and see if there's anything I want. I was seriously debating the Father Christmas charm which was on offer for £15 from £25 but there wasn't anything else I wanted so with the £4.95 delivery I would only have saved £5. Decided to wait and see if there's another Pandora sale at The Jewel Hut or John Greed (both authorised stockists) instead.

Nothing very Christmassy going on here at the moment but will be festive shopping on Thursday with DD so looking forward to that. :D
It's the most wonderful timeof the year :

What was the show called? I went to see Wicked again tonight (technically last night as it's late!) and we got Kerry Ellis' signature afterwards. :D
    Evita coming up next.

Freespirit-shame you don't live in London. You could do that books on the underground thing. Still, my friend was happy as she found two Carole Matthews books in the CS nearby today. No point me looking locally now...lol!

Edited to add-just seen an ad on tv for Christmas movies on Movies 24. Starts weekends from October 4th. Guessing Movies 24 becomes Christmas 24 in November? Excited!!!!!

Thanks to all the girls in the Cross Stitch Cafe! You're all fantastic! :A
  • Fluffysox the app I use is 6thon the google play list when you search for Christmas list uk

FreeSpirit where did you say you got the baskets from? I so need those for my kitchen mine have got splayed handles (I keep everything in baskets Im weird lol)

Thanks free and Kitty for the support, I am not quite so wobbly this week. Things are not fixed but we are working on it. I have managed to do a fair bit of crochet but seem to have forgotten how to make flowers and cannot read patterns properly. 4 attempts and each time it could have been anything but a flower LOL! But I have managed to get some sleep which is a good thing.

My Christmas hunt this week is for non chocolate advent calenders, Its probably to early still though as I have only seen chocolate ones in £land. I was considering a lego one again but my 2 are just too old now and it seems to be the same version as the last few years anyway.
Im going away next month so need to not spend to much of my non bills budget. So far I only have £20 for 4 days away! Eeek! I do have a bog of go ahead bars to take though as they reduced in the co op.

Oh and a stupid request probably, can anyone recommend a hole punch make please? I have had 3 and they have all gone blunt really quickly. I use them for work (most is work from home) so would like my own that is half decent.
    Life happens, live it well.

Ruth-honey the play was Peter James' A Perfect Murder. Absolutely fantastic,I highly recommend it.A black comedy thriller.

I am still dreaming of the house I viewed yesterday. Overnight I have built a wrap around extension and designed a beautiful garden!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By hook or by crook I must have this house.

When we move there I will change it's name to Christmas cottage.

    Deluded,Moi? :rotfl:
