A lurker here just wanting to say hello! :hello:
I joined on last years thread and was mildly active on there, I have been reading this thread for the last couple of months and I am hoping to be more active on this thread and to help people where I can (mainly with internet finds as I have difficulty going shopping (stupid health issues)).
I am so excited for Christmas, I am starting to plan the food and I am about halfway though planning presents!
Anyway I hope that it is ok for me to post here.
princesskitty29 - I quickly google the pininterest board and is this is it? http://www.pinterest.com/ladybug1016/christmas-crafts/:jProud to have dealt with my debt, DFD 6th May 2015 :j

Evening
I am feeling a little sleepy today so I have yet to hoover the kitchen and do the ironing, I'm sure it will still be there tomorrow though :rotfl:
I have been to Chatsworth Country Fair today, I love it!! Got to watch Mary Berry do a 45minute demo and met her and she signed my book - moneysaving part here -> the book in the demo tent was £20 (which most people had done) but when I was walking round I had seen it for £8, the exact same book, so I brought it there and was really chuffed :money:
mrsI - I'm glad your photoshoot was lots of fun. I hope your daughters wedding day has been wonderful (I am sure it has been!!)
Welcome to Joee
peppapig - thanks for the HB tip!! I always struggle with my brother and BIL so thinking of doing a 'pot of gold' for each of
them to bulk their gifts out.
Well I can't quite believe that it is September on Monday, this year really has just gone so fast. We are off for a meal with friends this evening, enjoy whatever you may be doing!Christmas is the most magical time of the year :santa2:
Mum to two boys :heartpuls0 -
Well, I think I have finally caught up! Far too much has happened and past for me to be able to comment personally, so to all those who have had struggles, hardships and health problems in 2014, sending great big hugs. To those with births, weddings, jobs etc to celebrate this year, big congratulations.
And to all you loyal Xmas nuts, only 117 days to go!
Busy here at the fluffy household, my mum is getting married Dec 29th, and as well as my maid of honour duties, I have also been put in charge of table/room decorations & favor bags! I am in my elements with the gorgeous midnight blue & silver theme, and getting a bit carried away with the rather generous budget my step-dad-to-be has credited to my bank account, but the room is going to look amazing!
Kids are back at school this week (yippee) so I'm having a trip into town Wednesday hoping to make a start on stocking fillers/ mini hampers etc. I've got all the main Xmas pressure now, its just hampers, stockings, food & extra bits to get. I'm looking forward to seeing if any stores have started sneaking Xmas bits in!It's not about getting what you want, It's about wanting what you get.0 -
