Hi, hope you don't mind me joining in! Love Christmas and have made a good start so far.
I have 2 teens and a large family to buy for, so have to be organised or I'd never get finished.£2020 in 2020: 60

I've missed this, where are you all getting these from?
Amazon, I'll PM you a link because it's a bit of a pain to find by searching.
Basically there's loads of sellers on amazon that sell really funky and unique costume jewellery. It tends to start from about 30p with free postage. I've got so much stuff coming and I've only spent a tenner (technically £20 but I had a voucher)
The watches were £2.34 and come in white, black and pink straps. There's a gorgeous watch that has a cat's face for the dial and has pointy cat ears - that's £1.90 with free postage!
The only problem I've had with any of the items is when the pendant falls off a necklace but that can be fixed with a pair of pliers to squeeze the link together a bit. That only happened on 1 item and I've bought at least 30!Our Rainbow Twins born 17th April 2016

It is very chilly today, I'm yearning for the day I can get all of my jumpers out!
In true wintry style I am drinking a big mug of hot chocolate wondering whether to watch Elf later.. (the answer to that dilemma is always YES) - OH is out for the night so can watch Elf, then GBBO!Our Rainbow Twins born 17th April 2016

It's been so nice to catch up with you all this afternoon, RL has taken over during the last few days, so it's really done me good to be able to stop thinking about it all for a while and concentrate on all things Christmassy instead.
I didn't get to see Christmas in July as I was at work when I remembered, and then forgot when I got home! MIL said I hadn't missed much though. They've really missed a trick if they promised Christmas in July and it was mostly the same old same old, we want CHRISTMAS!:j:T
I can't believe it's only 18 Tuesdays til Christmas, that's so exciting! The bad news is that hubby cracked open my only Christmas purchase last night, so chocolate oranges better go on offer again soon! :rotfl:
p.s. Freespirit, I don't know if you've seen the Debenhams sale mentioned on grabbit, but there's also a 10% off code which works on sale stuff, and there's some YC candles reduced...
p.p.s thanks for the links quidsy, downloading as I type
p.p.p.s good luck with the job application Pixtotts, what sort of job is it, if you don't mind saying? I had a telephone interview for a local company yesterday, I should hear back in the next day or so. I'm not feeling particularly optimistic, but I think it went ok.0 -

Today Flowfy got some more stocking fillers. Went into Home Bargains, got a lovely make your own elastic band plane kit, for £1.99 (DH) and some hello kitty mugs (DD). I too have been going on them amazon sites. one called Yaziland and one called Wombee. needless to say, loads of stuff is winging its way towards me as we speak. I bought a load of miniature boozes, as well, which I am going to use as gifts, in my make your own crackers kit. I also went into a large charity shop today and made a few purchases.....is this naughty, for Christmas presents? Anyway I got a large cut glass vase for my mother, some lovely glass votive holders (put with a couple of yankee votives for lady gifts) loads of gift bags and 2 boxes of Christmas cards. Just for me I got 3 casserole dishes, a Wedgwood mug, 10 shot glasses, 3 cereal bowls, some stationary and a massive chip and dip bowl....guess how much? haha £8 the lot.0
