Afternoon everyone,
MRSMONEYPENNY no you have hit the nail on the head there, they wont help people who are trying/want to sort things out but give everything to the ones who couldnt give a **** about paying things back. Love the 'squirrel' cupboard name. Oh no poor DS1 that can last ages cant it? Some tlc for a while more then.
Oh FEISTY bless you, compared to what you are going through my 'awful' morning is nothing! I might ask DD1 she works in finance perhaps she could help me, thankyou. Yayy on getting rid of 2 1/2 years of presents  haha. Wishing you lots of luck on getting an offer soon on the flat.
OMO aww dont be fed up, i know what you mean about mess everywhere but it wont be long and it will all be sold/picked up, you should be blooming proud how well you have done so far. Im sure you will think of something to keep adding to the pot, although please dont go so far as selling a kidney :rotfl::rotfl:
Oh how funnyi can barely remember names from seniors let alone infant school

Freespirit I only have one kidney. :rotfl: so selling that is out of the question.
My Nan is watching over me. She always said that out of all of us I would be the one that was always OK. ( she was a gypsy)
And I have just had a call from work asking me to do some overtime. It will mean going in at 8 instead of 9 and they need me this Saturday, but it will all go in the pot.0 -
Hi everyone
Sorry that I've been awol lately. I have been reading but just not posting!
You have been doing great with the caravan fund OMO. Slow and steady wins the race!
Freespirit Hope you get the issue with the bank account sorted out. As Fiesty says, do complain and you might get a solution (& hopefully some money back).A good life is when you assume nothing, do more, need less, smile often, dream big, laugh a lot, and realise how blessed you are.

Mrs Moneypenny You reminded me of the time that I had a sore foot and my mum said that there was nothing wrong with it but I kept on insisting that it was sore. She eventually took me to the doctors and the doctor had to get her scalpel out as there was a foreign body  in my foot! The doctor said that it was probably a hair.A good life is when you assume nothing, do more, need less, smile often, dream big, laugh a lot, and realise how blessed you are.

Me and dd took the dog to the beach at 8 and we have only just walked back in.
Ds is already in bed.
I put a couple of bits on FB just before we left and they all sold while we were out, so another £40 is going to added tomorrow.
Your right 3fortheholiday slow but sure. Just not too slow.0 -

3FORHOLIDAYS thing is they would most likely want exH involved as it is a joint account, as i have had no contact for 18months i dont think that would be a good thing and he would end up profiting from my DS paying his debts :mad:Own_My_Own wrote: »Today's quote

Good Morning
( that smiley is a little. too chirpy for this time of the morning isn't it
)
Anyway. It's raining again here, so have taken ds to the station to get his train. Just having a cup of coffee before I hit the shower. It's my first day of stating at 8, so need to be ready by 6.30 to get the dog out.
Had a mini hunt round the house last night and found a few more things that we don't really need. So will put them on this evening when I get home. One lady messaged me saying if I have any furniture/household bits to ask her first as her daughter is moving out soon.
Well I had better get a move on and drink this coffee, or I will be running late as usual.
Hope everyone has a good day.0 -
