I have become obsessed (tragically) with the magnetic spice pots on pinterest and am trying to make a much cheaper version, so far I have this;
But I'm stuggling with the actual magnetsThe strong ones are pricey.

Ive not been posting much but i have been reading every day. The dog has made an amazing recovery after his leg operation ,he has to have a course of injections for a month but i can start taking him out tomorrow for short walks.Hopefully he will be chasing his ball in around 3 months.
Ive been ordering a few bits for dd for christmas so im on target with that.

You may find it cheaper to put metal on the bottom and buy a magnetic board to hang them on.

You could use the the tops of tins. The ones that pull off. Take the pull ring off and flatten them, then glue them to the bottom of your containers. Keep the pull rings as they are useful.0 -

fesityfidget Never seen those before, look a really good idea.
I am currently making myself picture frame jewellery holder's - one for necklaces and one for earrings - and I am wondering if this might be a good idea to make for my OH's brothers GF and my brother's GF for Christmas. I have also remembered that I have loads of plain tote bags and I am starting to find designs and will then cut/sew/create and use these as a gift + the bag to give them in for either birthday's or christmas.
Bit of a random update. I am just waiting for the paint to dry on my picture frames and tea just needs going in the oven once I have a better idea when my OH is coming home, one of the lorries had a puncture so he needs to fix that and I think he said someone else had broken down so needed to sort that too.Christmas is the most magical time of the year :santa2:

Morning, nothing exciting to report here. Still poor and its getting me down. I've had a couple of shifts on the Bank but I won't get paid til the 15th of April. I need something more regular though and just can't find anything.
We have some other stuff going on at home. I don't want to post too often as it would just bring everybody down.
Hope you are all ok? X:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
