Morning people.... hope everyones ok. I love my dh i do.. i guess he has sensed me feeling a bit down and lost. Came home from my walk this am to a message from him suggesting i look into the embroidery machines he must have noticed me eyeing up with the idea of turning it into a biz as my knitting takes so long doing each item. (graphics is another hobby of mine but never been able to turn them into items embroidery would do that though) will have about £2k to spend on the actual machine (this won't be until early next year after we have paid off the last of the debts and my youngest will be in full time school so plenty of time to decide) anyone have any experiance on them or even have one?Totally debt free wohooo 2014

think i'm leaning towards the brother v3 atm. but who knows what will be around that price when i have the actual money to spend lol ive not used embroidery machines for years and year well other than the few times i've been allowed on my dd2's school one lol my dream machine would be the brother pr655 but that would be a lottery win for that to happen pmsl.

I will post a quote, I promise. At A&E with new neighbour. Their son has cut his foot and they don't drive. Am just hoping we are not here all night.0

Today's quote (just)0

And after sitting in A&E for 4 hours they decided to keep him in and both the parents decided to stay with him. So I could have just dropped them all off at 7 and come straight home.
I think there is something going on. The boy (2) had a large bump on his head. The Dad said he did at play group and they had taken him to A&E this afternoon. So when I took them this evening it was the second time in one day with 2 separate injuries.
I have never known a hospital keep a child for a cut foot.0 -
omo hope little boy is going to be ok. playgroup will or should have record to back up parents if injury happened there. hospitals have to be overcautious sometimes (you only have to check the papers for stories of when they get it badly wrong.) thing is its sometimes perfectly innocent injury's that happen that get the wrong people caught up in the system.
morning all
hope everyone is well
was lovely earlier but clouds are drifting over nowSPC~12 ot 124

Totally agree, but I do think they need help. The Dad told me the lad didn't get up until 11 yesterday. It's not normal for a 2 year old to sleep in that late. And the Mum keeps telling everyone she is expecting twins. Dd asked her when they were due and she said she hadn't had a scan yet as she was only 10 weeks pregnant. But as she is big she must be.
And as they have 4 house cats all the doors and windows are always shut (with the curtains closed) .
I was just talking to someone at work about it. I feel they need help but I really don't want to get involved.0 -
omo, you did the right thing taking them to the hospital when they needed help. By now the hospital will b accessing what if any help they think they need and will most likely inform their health visitor. as mum is expecting they will be having regular contact with health visitor and doctor anyway so shouldnt slip under the radar.SPC~12 ot 124
