The signs were gone from the window of my store this morning and I took that as an indicator that there had been more reductions. Kicked myself as didn't have time to go in today. From the website it looks like it's still 60% though...so phew!0

Thank you for this. Have just re-ordered clothes from my last order which I have not even opened yet (sitting on the bed) which are now cheaper.
Another discussion will ensue over the removal of delivery charges.0

I have done the same! Bought cashmere jumpers for my boys before Christmas with 30% off and they went down to less than half price. Thank goodness I'd kept the original receipt!
I couldn't get free store delivery this morning. Will they refund the charge if I contact them?Hopeless by name, hopeless by nature.0

I placed an order on Xmas eve and the delivery charges have been refunded, albeit, a slight refund on each item. When I placed a new order at the beginning of the week, I was told these charges would be refunded. I will wait until I receive this order and then telephone asking for a refund.
Will have to wait and see what happens in terms of a refund for items being returned which have had a minor postage refund.0

Hum just done an order that allowed store delivery so wonder if they have now fixed it as I was fully prepared to order and then phone for immediate amendment to bill?
It was a bit of an exploration - when I subbed for proceed to order and got to the delivery bit there was no option for store delivery; but in little writing underneath are a few rows of clickable commands - and one is view other order or delivery (sorry can't remember which) options. Clicked on this and it then came up with store delivery option. If order before 12 can pick it up after 12 tomorrow. HTHS0

I put an order through for home delivery as it wouldn't allow store, then emailed them.
They replied within a few hours to apologize for problems with their distribution centres undergoing development, and said a free del code should have popped up & they would therefore refund the charge.0

TIP! I ordered a shed load of clothes from M&S, order recieved today. Ive just looked online and they have all been reduced AGAIN! Rang Customer Services and they said their policy said they can refund me the difference (what I paid and what they have been reduced to) as I have contacted them within 7 days of recieving my order. Saves me a job of reordering and traipsing back to the shops.Lovin Boots and other bargainous places!0
