  • Still not that impressed with the reductions! Got my eye on some bras that were reduced to £9 and now £7. Don't know what I'm expecting, but I want them cheaper! There's some still a lot more than that too.

    Call me tight...(no, don't actually...)

Yes I popped in this morning and for further reductions I still thought they were over priced.
Guess it's final reductions next, wasn't much worth having really though :(

I did a sale order and could not get store delivery.

When I tried another sale order, that would not let me do store delivery,I phoned CS and a very helpful young man explained about the warehouse problem and I did not have to pay a delivery charge. He also refunded the previous delivery charge.

I did a third order and again could not get store delivery, so once my order came, I emailed a polite letter to CS and had a delivery charge refund within 30 minutes.

But best of all, my orders were split up and I had multiple deliveries for the three orders. Each package contained a coupon for a free greetings card, so I have just got £32 worth of birthday cards free for use through out the year .:T :T :T
  • Woohoo! It says:
Now up to 70% off online at M & S.
Shame I ordered the last leggings in my size yesterday as now they are even cheaper! Ah well! You can't win them all!!!

Good luck getting bargains everyone! :)

Same thing happened thing to me. I did two orders & both had to pay delivery for! I think it is a stupid time for them to be moving their warehouse!

What is the email? I couldn't find it on the site. Thanks! :)

    Hi Bella_b,

If you sign in to M&S andgo to your account.

Scroll down to the dark bar at the bottom, and under Customer Services on the left hand side is 'Contact us'.

Click on that and third heading down is Contact us by email.

That takes you to a drop down menu and I clicked on 'Amend my Order'

This actually brings your order details up, so I just wrote my email in the comments section.

Thirty minutes later, I had an email confirming my refund of postage.

    Hope that helps.

When I complained to Customer Service that I couldn't get store delivery for a box of cheap crackers she told me to go into the store and order then go back in to collect. Two trips for a cheapo box of crackers. No thanks the bus fare or parking charge x 2 would outweigh the deal.

Check the paperwork you get with online orders delivered to your home. I got a full greetings card collector stamp thingy, that I used today to get a free £4.50 wedding card for my sister-in-law.
    Thank you M&S :D

  • I got one of these with my xmas order - I nearly missed it. I didn't realise you could get a card up to that value with it.
