you will enjoy that show, we did it last year, got row D for our seats, first ever Cirque show I have seen and I was gob smacked! didn't realise a human can bend that much !!!!

I've seen O. To be honest, I fell asleep! A lot of the audience that I could see were nodding off in there. It was very warm and humid with all that water. Annoying, as I think we paid something like $140 each for that nap! Hoping it's a bit cooler in the Zarkana theatre (and maybe try to have fewer afternoon beers beforehand!)

Is it just me or have the hotel codes dried up dramatically in the last year? We're looking to stay south strip for a week in early July and the Bellagio for the second week of August. We've got three weeks in between in Arizona and the penultimate week in Vegas is open at the moment but codes for the Bellagio are non-existent at the moment as far as I can see and I hate not getting some sort of deal on rooms. Am I just a wee bit early?

I was so looking forward to Zarkana and did not like it at all...but we have seen most of the other Cirque shows and most of the acts were the same or similar as in other shows so that is probably part of the reason I was disappointed.

Edited to add...I loooooved O...I almost cried the second time (first time I was really jetlagged and we went to the late show)...I think it's just beautiful. I want to see it again dead center as we've seen it from the 2nd balcony and from very close (very close was MyVegas).

I am not sure how long this is valid as I haven't had the voucher through yet but $10 off $40 at PF Changs.

Just a quick heads up on a current scam in hotels, particularly for first time visitors.

Apart from a few timeshare people, I've never experienced any odd behaviour or scams (I don't mean timeshare people are scammers!), so dont let it put you off!

Just got an email from Groupon saying $10 off my next Groupon purchase. So I got a lunch buffet for 2 including unlimited drinks at Spice Buffet for just $26.98. And with the cushy exchange rate that works out at just £8.06 per person, not bad at all! Of all the buffets I've done Spice Market is my favourite too.
