See Page 1 of this topic. Probably best if they book as separate parties rather than a group just in case some need to cancel at a later date.0

Thanks - we've already sorted the actual wedding part of the day, so Page 1 of the guide doesn't really help us any further.
We're really looking for people who have got groups of people out to Vegas before so we can understand how best to go about it, and how to play the system as best as poss! For example, American Airlines have given us a 5% discount code because we contacted them and specifically told them our wedding plans.0 -
Opalfruits, I am not sure your question relates to Vegas specifically, but rather how to get 50 people to a destination.
There is also an flights thread on here which may be able to help or maybe try flyertalk or vflyer (for virgin)0 -
Slightly different but I got married in New York and also had 49 guests.
It worked out much easier if people organised their own flights, many got good deals booking flight&hotel packages rather than any negotiated discount I got from our hotel or flight company0 -

I would think that would be the case as with so many people with such different itineraries, one airline is unlikely to be the best deal for all parties, though having a discount available cannot hurt of course.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
Although only 7 at my wedding in Vegas, everyone took different flights, as no one came to vegas for same time, days, etc...
group bookings only work if all agreeing to stay same amount of time, and even then, I would contact a broker & direct airline, for all peeps to fly from same airport on same date....
Anything else is a pain!0 -
Just setup a Social Rewards and Total rewards account. If anyone wants to follow me on Twitter my username is "shanecmgrimes" and I shall ensure to follow you back.
I think it would be useful to have some information on the front page regarding total rewards - does anyone have enough experience on the matter to write something up?
I've been doing Social Rewards for about 6months now and have amassed around $90 worth of Total Reward points.
I'd be very happy to do a writeup on the scheme if people were interested.
I have to admit I haven't yet used any of this credit, but I understand its as simple as heading to a Total Rewards kiosk in Vegas and getting your card printed. Then you can use it against hotel fees/food/drink/shows etc in any Caesar's Entertainment Casinos & Hotels. :beer:Currently saving and planning for the holiday of a lifetime to Vegas in summer 2014!

Just thought of another Tip for the First pages......
To call the USA for Free:
Dial: 0161 3113111 (Calls Discount)
Listen to the instructions (5 seconds)
Dial your number, 001 + blah blah blah
Press #
Then you will be connected to whoever you called in the US....
Given most people have free local/national calls, and most can dial landlines for free on Mobiles, it means calling the US is FREE!!
I've used that number for years, open to everyone....0 -
Hi
I'm currently trying to get the price possible for either the Bellago, Vdara or Aria hotels. 2 adults going 9-15th September. I don't really mind which, but you appear to get more for your money at Vdara. Prices I have so far are (for 2 people including direct flights from London).
Vdara 874 Bellagio 1030 ARIA 891 All prices are from Expedia, I've also checked Opodo, Ebookers and HolidayGenie. Expedia have come out cheapest. I've only been looking at the lowest level room in each place.
Does anyone think I could get this any cheaper, without changing to indirect flights. We're not going to be there that long so I don't want to waste time and have the extra stress of changing planes.
Thanks.0 -
Have you tried costing the flight and hotel seerately using someone like https://www.kayak.co.uk for the flight and https://www.smartervegas.com for the hotel?I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0
