I believe you don't get the hotel offers if you log in while in Vegas.
We used 6 Rewards while we were there; Love x 2 and got excellent seats, one night at the Mirage and we were upgraded to a suite. Well if that was a suite, I wouldn't like to see the size of a standard room. $75 credit towards Tender and had a lovely meal. $50 credit at Monte Carlo which we used at D.Vino. Nice meal, but coffee expensive at $7 each. Dinner for 2 at the MGM buffet. We were able to use it on a Friday night when it would have cost $84. It was really good with oysters, clams, mussels, hot and cold crab legs, prime rib. However there was no carrot cake.
Were you definitely upgraded to a suite or just to a tower king? The true suites are huge, larger than many of the top hotel suites. So I suspect you were actually upgraded to the tower king. The only different from the resort king is the tower has a larger bathroom. They have the same square footage total as the regular rooms though, so the main room ends up slightly smaller. The regular room bathroom is tiny by Vegas standards (single sink and a shower/tub combo) though so it's a good upgrade IMO.0 -

They replied with a pretty generic message just saying that they would advise booking to avoid having to wait in line:Thank you for taking an interest in our newest attraction the SkyJump, here at The Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower. You are more than welcome to do a walk in and place a reservation at the SkyJump store the day of. However, due to such a high demand in riders, we usually recommend all jumpers to call our reservation hotline at 1-800-99-TOWER (86937) to book a jump. This is so that you may reserve a jump at a date and time slot of your choice without having to wait for a time slot to open. If you want further knowledge pertaining to SkyJump, please follow us on our Twitter webpage at http://twitter.com/SkyJumpLasVegas and “Like Us” on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/?ref=home#!/SkyJumpLasVegas. We were told at check in that it was a suite. It was on the 28th floor with a separate elevator. Sounds like it could have been a Tower King from your description.
Hey it was free so who am I to complain. Didn't even have to pay the resort fee which was a bonus.0 -
