I am in the dog house as well.

My OH says he is worried about the spot on my nose as he noticed it back in November and he says I need to go to the doctors.

I know its only been there 2 days but I've still lost this
    argument

I think my Oh is just looking for an excuse to start an argument so I just ignore it.

    I am in the

dog house too for spending time on here when I should have been washing up.

I know that may sound ridiculous but OH was struggling to cook dinner in among the mess from last night. :o:o:o

He told me I had my priorities wrong which I guess I did but I was worried about scamps. :(

    Anyway your manifesto so far....

    1. No see through leggings to be worn ever. :rotfl:

    2. No buying stashes of makeup that will just be added to a hoard of already unused boxes/drawers of the stuff.[/QUOTE]

So, how is everyone getting on with their resolutions? Apart from the posting more on here, I have decided to spend 15 mins a day decluttering. I started 4 days ago and have been doing a drawer a day. I really needed to for 2 reasons....we are in a rented house and may move at the end of our tenancy.....and I am just overrun by crap that no one uses.
I have boxes in my garage...unpacked...from the house I moved out of 5 years ago!!!! No that's just madness!!
Anyway, Sherlock and David Blane both on at 9....can't decide which to watch and which to record :j

Hi V, thankyou for the advice. House is a council property, joint tenents. They won't let me stay in it on my own as it's a 3 bed unless if I asked one of my kids to move in with their family. All the council will do is give me a 1 bed flat in god knows where!!

Only a small pension so I don't think she'll be worried about that!
As for the savings account, It's mostly mine from selling stuff from glitches, so I've worked hard in getting it!! I'm hoping it's a knee jerk reaction on her part, will see sense and sort it out. Just waiting for the 'games' to begin.

Scamps just caught up with what's been going on. Sorry to hear about your news. You'll get lots of good advice on here and don't hesitate to let off steam here if you need to.

Happy 2014 to one and all. Hope everyone had a great evening.

Im still in my pj's as had a total tv day catching up with walking dead and Harry Potter, and just ready to watch the last one. This was a ritual in our house in years gone by with my dd1 as she got all the books & read and then as each film came out we had a family outing to the cinema. But we missed the last film, so finally can put a end to the story.

Sorry on your news Scamps, you know your virtual family will always be here for you on your dark days.

Same tubs as the Twiglets and in a big dumpbin together in my local T's. They're 230g. I did get a tub in Home Bargains before Xmas for £1 as well if you don't find in T's.

Can't see them on MSM or T's, but they look like this.

The staff in my local store have always been fab with o2 codes. However, I had a very different experience today in a store in Milton keynes. Two sour faced women on the tills were talking very loudly about their customers. One of them said "all we've had all day is people coming in with o2 codes for a free book" The other SA replied " They shouldn't be giving away all these new titles" When it was my turn to be served, the sour faced jobsworth wouldn't let me have the book i'd chosen. She said it was from last years collection. They had put a massive BOGO for £1 sticker over the book club date! I did point this out to her to show it was their mistake not mine, but she chose to ignore me and kept ranting on about how i'd picked up the wrong book. I wasn't bothered about the book. I just didn't like the way she was trying to insinuate it was my mistake and not theirs! Anyway, I swopped it for a different title. Then OH and DD got a book too, lol

I've had that with mine when the Footlocker offer was on. They said it needed to be flashing. Sorry, my antiquated BlackBerry doesn't do things like that. Not had any problems in Smiths other than the Xmas offers saying they were on for a week, like the free Xmas wrapping paper and the free batteries and then getting pulled after a couple of days!
