Evening all.
Scamps, it sounds like your years got off to a 'great' start so farat least you have one thing she can't take away (the elite
)
For this year my 'targets' (resolutions usually means I'll give up quite quickly) are...
to try to post here more
to get my weight down to 12 stone
to move house (this is the big one!)
and to be debt free :j (I can dream)
Fingers crossed you get all of these, especially the big one!100 -
Back later I have to redeem myself and find a bottle of red wine.
It's bloomin dark in that bathroom of mine so may be gone for a while. :eek:0 -

PM I hope you phone head office to complain about your treatment at Sainsbobs.
My Mum called them the other day because when they were paying (way too much, seriously it's ridiculous) for a new iron and ironing board the other day, they checked they could go through self service as the queues were long. They were told yes and once they scanned the ironing board to let the sales assistant know as obviously it's too big for the bagging area. They did this. But the whole time they were scanning and paying, a security guard was stood so close to my Mum he could have seen her PIN number. Uncomfortably close.
My Mum left furious and feeling like a criminal when in truth they were giving Sains a lot of money. She called them saying she knows they have to be vigilant concerning shoplifters but how would they a. Have run off with a giant ironing board and b. aren't you supposed to accuse people of taking things as they leave the store not before? My Mum has never been in trouble in her life and certainly isn't a dodgy looking character. She called and wasn't offered anything but the main thing was she wanted to lodge a complaint about the security guard's intimidating and rude behaviour. I'm glad she did.
I've messaged them on facebook. They asked me to pm a photo of the coupons and I have. They say they're gonna take it up with the store tomo. The whole thing was a complete farce, the manager that came over even said "Look at these edges, clearly cut by hand, they're not even straight!" What... the actual... f*** :mad: Clearly, unless you use a guillotine to cut your coupons they must be fake!!May: Make £5 a day £115.38 / £155
