FloFlo - I assume you have a new build. My ds had problems with a leak over the christmas period and builders would not come out so he got an independent local maintenance man and sent them the bill. They paid up no problem plus some compensation. DD also had problem with leak under bath with new build over christmas. Claimed for new carpet in bedroom with no problem. HTH

Just popped out of lurkdom, to say that if you pop it in the slow cooker with either, a little cider, or apple juice if you prefer the non alcoholic drink, it really does make the pork taste amazing!

Alternatively use a little hoi sin sauce watered down.

Merry Xmas guys! Back to lurking x

Ooh I'll be pinching these idea's I think.
    Thank you
Stay and play though please :D

Is that me you are wondering about bubbs. :o

Ventured out to solicitor this morning and then straight to butchers to pick up turkey and then home again. Not been out since 11am. We have a flooded porch not sure where all the water is coming in. Mr TS has tried to clear the drain holes on the front door but we have to keep mopping. Some of it is coming out of the pointing of the main house so must be getting in somewhere, the wind is driving.

The rain is not showing any signs of stopping yet. So glad DD2 came home yesterday and DD1 has not gone into labour yet. :)
