Morning All

Well the WM is on but that's about it. Recycling is being collected today but I still have another 6 bin bags of rubbish waiting to go to the tip. I think that can wait until tomorrow though as DH has gone to work today. I'm trying to get to grips with Windows 8 on my new laptop - at the moment I prefer my old system! Not sure what the plan is for today yet although we've got another party tonight at my parents' house.

I'm wondering whether to get Merlin annual passes as they go on sale at 10am - has anyone else got them?

Other than that I might do some ironing and I want to hoover round but we'll see - I might just have another chilling day!

I've been up since 6:30 and have done very little! WM almost finished so will hang it on the line as it's blowing a hoolie out there. Lounge is a disaster. Need to rehome all the gifts and get the little people to eat the food. I will fire up the laptop so I can see where I am with the lists and then may crack on and achieve something!

Morning x Well I had an unexpected hours cleaning last night my D/S fell in the christmas tree toppling it on top of him (think mrs browns boys) lol he is 7 and thankfully seen the funny side too as it completely folded around him, its now boxed ready to go back up the attic so living room is half back to normal, I will declutter rest bit by bit through week...

Put away all wrapping paper, tags and cards until next year (noting where!)

[STRIKE]Recycle any Christmas catalogues etc[/STRIKE]
Change a bed or 2
Hoover upstairs/bedrooms
Binbag dance.. how many of those infernal wire ties did we get?
Bins emptied and cleaned out.

[STRIKE]Find home for some of the presents[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]When is everyone back to school?????????[/STRIKE]

Catch up on lists, anything you missed or need redoing..

off out today, meeting two of my oldest friends who became friends with each other through me! We're going for a walk (but a local one as it's breezy) then a coffee. Doctors at 3.

On a flying note I have washed and dried and folded.

Well the washing was out on the line for about an hour and a half. Then the heavens opened! It's now all in the TD so hopefully it'll be sorted before bed time.

Bed stripped washed and on the line.
Bird fat feeder washed and refilled
Kitchen tidied
Log and coal buckets refilled
Grate emptied
Bedroom tidied
DS3's room is tidy
DS2's room - will take him 5 minutes
DS1's room - will take him longer than 5 minutes!
Dining Room half done, will take ,me 15 minutes
Living Room done
Hall still has a massive pile of wrapping and boxes which DH and I will do after the DR

Major tidying of the garage and DH office required either today or over the weekend, towels are next to be washed.

Feel better for getting things a bit straight.
