So i had made the decision that not much was needed from shopping at the end of this week and that i should be able to keep spends quite low - and then blew £17 on food

But having assessed the purchases i am happy with that - i got 6 meat meals for 2 with left over meat for sarnies / another meal and lots of fresh fruit, salad and a selection of cheeses. The meat was an absolute bargain in the reduced section and would have cost £27 at full price and the fruit and salad is glorious and fresh and much cheaper than my usual supermarket :)

But buying all those meals meant the freezer really needed to be sorted out buti am glad its done and its so much easier to get stuff out now :)

I meant to say too - i was really pleased with myself as i cooked too many salad potatoes for tea yesterday so have whipped up a portion of potato salad - the first time i've made it :T But, more importantly no waste and a delicious lunch already made :T

Today i need to get on with my assignment and i am going to go back to writing / decluttering and alternating between the 2. Todays target will be tops :D

I am really enjoying the house right now - it needs alot of work but its so easy to live in now and no feelings of being overwhelmed with clutter :T

Did i mention we decluttered the loft ? :D

There wasn't a lot up there - less than i thought to be honest - the rubbish up there easily fit in the bin :) There is a bag of stuff up there that will be used when the living room is done. There were my xmas decorations up there too and i have whittled that down to less than half - 1 tree and decorations and 6 individual large ornaments have been kept. 2 bin bags and 1 big bag of decorations/ornaments were decluttered ready for the carboot :T
I also got rid of a piece of furniture we had thought we'd use but which my Mr has now agreed can go :D

I have also put some kitchen items to the carboot as i decided i didn't need multiples of the same thing no matter how pretty

    Hope everyone is well :)

I could so do with making a freezer (and cupboard) inventory! I'm forever standing in the supermarket scratching my head over how much of something I have left lurking in the freezer. Great idea :D

    Hi Beckyy :)

I knew i had lots of sausages and bacon and some chicken - alot of the rest was a mystery  But it *had* to be sorted out to get the 6 lots of meat i got vastly reduced yesterday in. So thought i may as well jot down what there was in there and i am glad i did too :)

I should also have said that the only full price items were th 2 mini lamb roasts - and they were on special offer all the rest were reduced :A - some just 19p :T

Rightio - larder cupboard sorted, pots washed and an emergency repair job done - £40 and the whole morning later

Which means assignment and top sorting time is ready to commence

Today then i need to: photo and write descriptions for the 2 bay of e items selected

Go through all tops again and carboot / bay as appropriate

    Move boots

Cook tea: pie, boiled potatoes and steamed carrots :D

Pack some of tomorrows packed lunch - the fruit, make pasta and salad to take in also.

Go through cupboard of doom - where the spill over of all other cupboards go - i have 4 tins i *need* to put in

    Assignment

That list will do for now although i am sure there are more things to add

Think about shopping list - i have to spend £x to qualify for a saving - of course there will be £0 on freezer food except maybe for the meal on saturday as when i lift the food out for that i can squish this item in...

Post has been and i've already sorted it out so that is good. I've also cooked all the food for my Mr's meals this week :A - did a couple this morning whilst workman was here and i was limited on rooms to use without being in the way ;)

Also, i want to track what i'm eating as i'm aiming for more of a balanced diet and i want to lose weight too maybe jotting it down will help:-

Today i've had 2 cups of coffee - each had 1 sugar and milk

Breakfast: 3 x crumpets with butter - i wanted fruit but didn't want to waste the crumpets as no freezer room.

    1 slice of pineapple

    Lunch: Water
4 potato cakes, tiny bit of butter and salt on. Served with mixed lettuce leaves, 4 cherry tomatoes, 5 slices of beetroot, a small amount of ham and a small amount of cheese

    So far,
1 book and 2 tops to the carboot stash.

I wanted to get rid of 2 work tops, if i do they'll need replacing  So decision made they are being kept - nothing wrong with them but i have had them a long time and worn them alot too but they still look good enough for work so they will stay for now.

Going to try 2 tops on 1 to see if i'm selling it or keeping it, the other is to help me decide what to wear on my day out this weekend - i have lots of leggings but no plain black ones which would really help as the hairdresser ruined my last pair and they got worn with lots of things :(

Also done the write-up and pics of the 2 bay of e things at 21 listings now for the month smashing my target of 10 items :T

Now up to 26 items listed / prepared for listing this month - so i may achieve a 30 for 30 days target after all :T

2 old pj tops thrown away as no good for anything else

finally finished the cheap spray and thrown away

threw away empty bottle of my favourite perfume *sob*

    Moved the boots

    Shopping list written

Some of fruit ready for tomorrow - must do more and lunch too :)

Decided to stick with my current default outfit for the day out - i do *want* some plain black leggings but i do not have the money for these - will be fine in outfit choice anyway. Also outfits will be easierwhen the weight drops more

Just dropping on to say that I did a freezer inventory today - I've only got a little freezer, but there were things in there that I'd forgotten about. Will try to keep it up to date.

I'm wondering about a cupboard inventory now, but tend to think it's easier to glance into a cupboard to see what's there, so will put that one on the back burner for now

This is my current wardrobe / diet loop too Dedicated, lots to wear but a little too many bulges in the wrong places at the moment! A full wardrobe declutter is awaiting a bit of weight decluttering first!

You're doing well with all your decluttering, clothes, cupboards and all!
