  • I too need to stop buying offers to fill the freezer. I suffer from a siege mentality. I think it's a by product of having parents who lived thru ww2 and rationing

Hi INOD - it is hard isn't it? My freezer and cupboards are full - fridge not so much but thats because fresh stuff is used quicker i guess - still plenty of cheeses and jars in there though. I am making a conscious effort though not to buy freezer stuff unless it is a massive reduction on good quality meat :) - although i think thats where most of the stuff in there came from :o

Oh hard luck, DDFW, how annoying. But these things happen sometimes and all you can do is rest and wait for it to go away.

Hope you are feeling better soon. :grouphug:

Now that thats on here its easy enough to highlight off whats been used / moved shelf or add something on. The main thing is i know what i have in and where it is too making everything else easier :D

Right just got to load the car up - another bin bag ofstuff leaving the house for the carboot and a few bits for the bay of e and a couple of bits for family as well :)

Al - hope you get som time for yourself in the hols :)

I am tempted to do a cupboard inventory as well then i can marry up the storecupboard with freezer stuff for meal plans  and should also make for easier shopping lists too.

I'll tell you about yesterday shopping in a mo. - thrilling i know :rotfl: - just gotta load the car up :D

I could so do with making a freezer (and cupboard) inventory! I'm forever standing in the supermarket scratching my head over how much of something I have left lurking in the freezer. Great idea :D
