You're doing so well!
I'm envious of your decluttered house, but I know you are (kind of) envious of my endless ebay items
I think a few people on here use textbroker for paid writing assignments. I've never looked at it.
Have you ever considered Dooyoo or Ciao for reviews?
We keep talking about looking at matched betting, maybe we should actively try and do it"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Thanks KC and jwil,
You are right jwil - i am sortof envious of people who have stuff to sell - as it is a means of getting much needed pennies in. But i do also understand what you are saying about my 3/4 of a clutter free house tooIt is going to make living here alot easier when all the clutter is gone - although i really need to get my Mr to move the stuff he's now dumped in the kitchen  why?
I have just decluttered the top shelf of the book case and it looks so much better now :T I parted with 2 books to the carboot stash - i checked and not worth selling online with the postage costs
I have done my 200 words and almost sorted out postage items - i need to print out the sales thing so will do that before i go
I also did a quick survey and checked some more of my bank accounts
Next 200 words
bottom of book case - might do middle shelf as well.. i am undecidedCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
My Dh is forever dumping stuff in the kitchen, it drives me insane! There's so little room there anyway, having anything that *shouldn't* be there makes a real problem."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Thanks for understanding jwil
Bookshelf decluttered except for the top shelf (not books) full of my Mr's items - it may be too much asking him to deal with the kitchen and the top of the bookcase in 1 day :rotfl: - will see - i may as well get all of his grumbling out of the way in 1 go
A few more books to the carboot stash - seems they aren't selling for more than postage cost  but i did list another item for sale so am at 12 /31 for this month - 19 to go so must find more things to sell
Remembered i should eat lunch so made and scoffed
Remembered also will need my lunch for tomorrow and also evening meal x 2 so ventured into the freezer. i am concentrating on working through the bottom 2 drawers at the mo. just using those 2 is giving me an idea of whats in the freezer and helps with the shopping list
Feeling pretty tired now so may have a bit of a siesta - i was awake most of the night and then shattered when it was time to get up
Have done 200 wordsCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
I've cleared the top shelf of the book case :j:j:j well all except for 3 items that i'll need to ask my Mr about but other than that its done :T I have been so tired of seeing the piles - neat piles but nonetheless piles of stuff on there (none of it mine) and i knew i'd still have to be the one to find a home for it all - well now its done :T and there'd better not be any grumping when i tell my Mr either
It is great and all of it looks so much better now :T
i'll just need to check on the thesaurus's with him though - i mean, how many do we need?
It has been a productive task as the end result looks great and more clutter gone (my books). But if anything else gets dumped on there again i'll be having some strong words  :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:CC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
Checked my bay of e bag and there are 7 items there so that'll take me up to 19/31 listings
so 12 more still to find  Hopefully the under the stairs area will produce something saleable
When i can get to it
I forgot to mention i am returning the boots i got for a refund - this won't really help my card balance as i still have a 40th birthday to buy for as well as the cost of celebrating it.
Next area to clear is the small sofa.
200 words and then i'll make a start on the sofa - as each bit gets done and stays done though it will all look so much betterCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
Oh my word! I don't really get how someone with so much decluttering energy ever got this cluttered in the first place :rotfl: you're a bloomin' scientific marvel!
Hope you managed to get some kip.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Well done on all the decluttering! You've earnt your nap"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0

But i think i sort of need a mentor where i can say this is what i'm going to do is that right? I am not in a position to lose money and i understand that is the point of MB that you don't lose it  But i wouldn't want to make a costly mistake just now either
I'm the same - I would love to get into that, but I'm useless. Do you think we can find a kind soul on here to help us? The almighty Hypno used to be really good, but she's not here anymore...probably partially thanks to the MB she won! :rotfl:

Ditto! I have a friend (who now lives abroad) who was a whizz at this. Not sure if the time difference will mean we can have many conversations about it now. Worth a think, though!

Hey PB
It seems you, me & jwil are all keen on the MB - maybe we need to give ourselves a timeframe to read up on it - and i think this is the most important bit making sure we really understand it and then take the plungeyes i remember hypno she did well both at that and of course the shares
I am definitely interested in the shares if you find any info PBi will have a read too - just not when i;m mid assignment stress - i think the decluttering is my means of coping with that :rotfl:
I will let you know on elance too - it will be jotted down in my notebook to look at this weekend if there's time
How are you getting on with your decluttering PB?I am stalling at today as i am tired and the paperwork i need to declutter is awkward
