Totally fallen off the fabbing wagon :(

I have been eating rubbish and the exercise has almost ground to a halt. Not to mention the skin care regime which has gone out the window too.

This minute I will start afresh! Body scrub and lotion here I come :D

Well so much for fabbing! As soon as I got out the bath my beloved baby threw up all over me including my hair:rotfl: not quite the beauty boost I was aiming for

Today I WILL eat better, go for a walk and meet a friend for a good natter before heading off to my dance class tonight:D

    Evening ladies :D

I am back on the fasting wagon. Re watched the programme dr Moseley made and I am determined to live this way to get the health benefits. Have fasted Monday and today and I've found it easier going. Anyway feeling pretty good about it. Not focusing on any weightloss, that can be an added bonus.

Did some HIIT last night. Boy am I feeling it now. Stiff as a board
Been doing my facial exercises although not twice a day like you're supposed to.
Made myself some apple cider vinegar toner and looking forward to seeing what benefits that makes to my skin.
Still keeping on with the castor oil and varicose veins but they are pretty bad so I think it's a bit like shutting the door after the horse has bolted.

Floss good luck with building up your caking business x

Rummer just take each day as it comes, fabbing should be a pleasure not a chore IMO.

LL covered in plaster dust and OH didn't notice? That's love for you ;)

Hugs and high fives all round xx enjoy your evening, the weekend is peeping around the corner ;)

Sleep is the best fabbing there is. That's when the skin rejuvenates itself.

Apparently Sophia Loren can sleep for Italy. She goes to bed around 8-00pm up at 6 and then of course has a siesta in the afternoon.

    Don't forget Fab Friday.

Right I'm off to pilates and then back "on site" for more clearing up. Plasterers in on Monday. Getting there.:D

Happy birthday Bitsy! Hope you've had a fab day.

No Fab Friday today for me...what on earth possessed us to buy the house next-door - I hate cleaning 1 bathroom with a passion and now I have 2, both with lovely marble tiles, stainless fittings & tall towel rail

The benefits however are that I've just had a quick shower in a lovely sparkly bathroom :D and that DH could use the other while I was cleaning ;)

Have had some fab Mothers Day & Easter cupcake ideas...wish you lot were all a bit nearer so I could persuade you to test one or two for me. Will have to make do with friends & neighbours instead! :) I also want to make some "message" biscuits for a couple of soon to be ex-colleagues - one is leaving and the other going on mat leave. I have had a couple of ideas for customers, but need my business cards, logo, FB page & website sorting first before I can go out & pursue those (I'm hoping that will all be done by DS2).

One advantage to being on garden leave is that I don't have to dry my hair & use my Babyliss Big Hair styler thingy, so my long wavy tresses have gone nice & curly from drying naturally :) and you'd all be very proud of me - I wore makeup during the day on Tuesday for the first time for ages!

Right, must be off - DH will be back soon and he said its G&T time when he gets in

    Same from me bitsy.:)

It was my birthday on Wednesday and I can honestly say I feel much happier and generally fabber than I did a few years back. I definitely put that down to being kick started by this thread. Thanks all.:A

I expect we're all starting to think of spring/summer clothes this week as the sun has been shining. I certainly am. I must get myself to the shops and, at least, have a bit of a browse.

I'm keeping up with all basic fabbing and have nails, hair and eyebrow wax booked in for this coming week. next weekend we're off for a few days break in Dublin so looking forward to that.

I read the thread regularly but not always to post. Have a lovely weekend ladies.
