    They were told to sack the person, asked if she could refer it back to the agency and told no.

    What were they supposed to do, refuse and end up sacked!

    I agree, its not a nice thing to do but the OP still had to do her job regardless of her thoughts on it.

    The comparisons to Hitler are absurd.
    Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked
