So sorry to hear about your mum hun. Thats really not nice :(

As for your job.. that isn't great news either. Been rocky for a few weeks now hasn't it, but you've said it isn't what you want to do. Have you thought about applying for other jobs? Anything going near to you? Have you discussed finances with your mum?

    Big hugs... xxx

Thanks Lilt, we'll be ok. If nothing else, we'll eat into savings for a bit. We will get new jobs and it'll be fine!

Had such a rotten week last week that I've decided to ignore it completely and be positive today.

Happy egg day! You can get some great eggs for £1-£1.50, the more expensive ones are better quality in general but £5 for an egg? Naaahhh

The boyfriend came over last night, we had pie. Kiwis love pie. But he came over in the middle of me looking through my bits in the wardrobe! It was all over the floor >.<

Since kicking him out, I have gone through the other half of the wardrobe, found books that I lost! My available books have been sorted and I'm getting rid of 20-30 of them. Must have gotten rid of nearly 100 books so far.

I've also come to the conclusion that I don't love the majority of my nightmare before christmas collection anymore. So I will attempt to sell the things I don't want to keep, I hate ebaying with a passion though. I've found a collectables shop near me so I'll email them, I don't think they'll want my collection but maybe they can point me in the right direction.

I have so much to go to the charity shops.

Going to eat so much chocolate. :)

Yes it was good for networking, meeting up to study outside of college did give me a bit more motivation

Oh oh, I'll motivate you. LAURA IF YOU DON'T GO TO YOUR ROOM YOUNG LADY AND STUDY RIGHT NOW, I WILL POKE YOU ON THE NOSE SQUEALING BOOP.

    You're welcome. ;)

Ooooh, here I am being all annoyed at my layabout sister and I'm telling the internet instead of her. :rotfl: Productive. I have been out (tried to get rid of my tat but the shop was shut), cleaned the shower, washed up, putting on the washing machine... She has... been in her room.

I'm back to cleaning now. I want to go under my bed and murder everything under it, by which I mean, try to get rid of something. ANYTHING.

Have been through my paperwork, took a couple of hours. Now all papers from the same bank live in the same envelop but then placed into the same box. It now closes! In fact there is space! Probably due to throwing away half of it (mostly marketing or envelops).

Also sorted out some more books, I still have some sitting under my bed.

Didn't manage to get everything out from under my bed, I dearly want to get rid of some things and rearrange the configuration so that hopefully my sister's boxes will fit underneath. I have given up on her sorting through them, they're likely full of junk but I can't get rid of it for her. It's only been about 2 years of asking her.

My hand hurts, cleaning products irritate the small splits in my hands and wiping surfaces is rough on my wrists but happy that I got a bunch of stuff done.

Excited to see the changes in my room are accumulating!

This month sees my payrise coming into play. :T

Oh and I cleared some chocolate out... This was urgent and much needed. Not because I'm a massive fatty whatsoever!

Spent like 2 hours rearranging to getting rid of stuff under my bed to accommodate my sister's junk under there. Having piles of things in my room make me upset and it's been over two years of asking her to look through and sort... It's not going to happen.

My cleaning and sorting and throwing away is going well though! Yay!

Avoided spending any extra money today :) Despite muchly wanting to nom on all of the things.

I am going to study tonight.

Ooooh the trains are annoying! They've halved the trains going on my line but still charging the same amount.

Thanks for the kick up the bum, sorry I didn't read it I've been away with work, I think I'll be collapsing in bed tonight unfortunately

Good luck with your sister, can you put her things under her bed instead?

Could not have my sisters stuff under my bed

I am the princess and the pea with anything under my bed anyway. I can't sleep!! I've currently got 36 toilet rolls and a printer under there and I itch to just find them a home ANYWHERE else.

Big hugs to you. You made me laugh with 'muchly wanting to nom all of the things' - just how I and my sister speak.. except I haven't spoken to her in 4 years  x

It's like 8 pm and just got a call from a recruiter about a role in software, says on my CV I want to work in accounts! :rotfl: He was very nice though. They work very long hours don't they?

Laura, I forgive you for not taking the kick up the bum. This time :p I hope the work thing was ok and that you're recovered now.

Are you actually trying to tell me lilt, that you also want to nom all of the things? I ate a lot today, I forgot to replenish my anti stomach pain drugs in my bag and so eating was the only way of surviving.

As for my sister's things, I can't get into her room to give her the stuff. I put a folder and one of her shirts folded in front of her door about 3-4 days ago and they're still there. She leaves empty plastic bottles all over the house (I'm developing a real aversion to them) and on monday she had a real grump at me telling her that I would put some washing on for her. She's 25, this shouldn't be happening!

I got surprise fussed by two dogs today in my office building. It was great.

Decided that with my clearing of clutter that I will also be more positive. :)

Ermagerd your sister sounds like a just hit puberty boy!! :p - is she ok? not depressed or anything? Just messy?! I would hate it if I lived with her!!!

Yes I actually want to nom all of the things!! I am debating more birthday cake on top of the nik naks I just ate. I am all out of Easter egg again, but I have found a few giant yorkie buttons int eh cupboard next to my bed. I am so hungry and so fat and so hungry and so wobbly :p

Woohoo for dog fussing. Used to work with a GIGANTIC german shep in my office. Such a beautiful dog but he pinned every guest to the wall with his paws on their shoulders and kissed them all over before they could come in :rotfl:

Clear up the negativity too :) plan! I am currently actually kondo-ing my entire wardrobe. Him has a little plastic box of kondoed boxer shorts. :rotfl: it looks like a sweetie basket or something! :D But.. I have so much room. It almost seems like I need more clothes... :wall:
