    Hey KP,
Just saying hi after being AWOL. Good luck with the interview - I really hope you get it. Sorry to hear about job uncertainty; rubbish :( so good that you're prepared and planning for it tho.
    Speak soon and hugs,
    Gib x

Thanks guys :) I had the interview, apparently I was one of three so fingers crossed. They asked me what salary I would like and I said 18k, which I don't know if it was the right thing..? That's pretty low for my area so I'm hoping it is competitive rather than underselling or overpricing myself.

It's ok giblet, it's the beauty of a three income family and having savings. Ideally, only one would lose their job at a time but eh. I probably won't lose mine... for a while? Who knows :)

Getting her something to wear is a good idea... now to poke her into going shopping..

Bank holiday tomorrow! Very exciting! I will be asleep.

Read a book about a diet to help with fibro, it was so disappointing. It said at the start of the book that you should not eat gluten, things like berries/orange/beans/beats... the recipes at the end of the book were all gluten or had the forbidden things?!?! Pointless. Back to the library with you silly book.

Cheap night out, played frozen top trumps and game of life with friends. :)

KP - I'd totally recommend Chris Kresser 'your personal paleo code' or 'the paleo diet' (depending how up to date your library is.
I've never felt better since following his elimination protocol, and I nearly got a diagnosis of CFS a few years ago with significant inflammation ongoing. Tough, but after the first few weeks I've been great except for one cheat weekend.
Would highly recommend - feel free to PM me if I can help xx

    I second paleo/primal.

I am on ketogenic which is for migraines/epilepsy. They all have one thing in common. Limited carbs, high fat, medium protein. Fat is good for the nervous system and for your brain activity.

Mine is too restrictive for anyone to really settle with but I like the paleo/primal stuff. Am reading the primal blueprint which Apple sent me. Very good! By Mark Sisson. xx

I have a second interview! What do I do? I haven't gotten this far in years Ahhhhhhh :D

Thanks for the suggestions guys. It's great to hear that diet can really help, I've already found that exercise (especially lunges and squats) really help with the little things like walking at speed and going up and down stairs. Diet is next on the hit list, I'm going to be reading up on different diet options, I'd like to hear about your successes. :)

    AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH INTERVIEW!

Just bought myself a chair. I'm very exciting.

Am going ok with money at the moment, not the best but not the worst either.

Really hope I get the job.

I forgot to mention that another one of my friends have gotten engaged. I'm not ready for them to be grownups.

    OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG!!!!!

I am so stinking proud of you I could kiss you!!! MWAH!!!

A chartered accountant. My friend Peaty, the chartered accountant.

Knew you could do it. :D Congratulations, all the hard work and what you have put yourself through is more than worth it. I hope you are celebrating big time!!!

On a diet note: I have discovered that sugar free has improved my psoriasis in leaps and bounds, my skin overall is much softer/smoother especially after a couple of epsom salt baths, and my face is back to the perfect skin it used to be with zero effort prior to the artichoke meltdown 2 years ago. xx

SQUUUEEEEH!!! Congratulations again :D when do you start?!
