More government misleading spin & propaganda.

 What's misleading about it ?
Do the Government want to stop the 'something for nothing' culture or not ?

Benefit sanctions should not be used like that & quoted like that by any responsible government.

    Sorry, I'm still confused...

Perhaps you could suggest another way ?

    Yes, you are confused.

I suggest you do more reading and improve your education, sanction regime should have nothing to do with silly misguided Tory spin & propaganda.

You don't even have to be a Tory voter to want that!

    I'm not confused any longer...:)
I can see that you are unable to justify why sanctions shouldn't be imposed.

You're clearly still confused as you've changed subject.

Let's leave it there, you're not going to come up with anything sensible.

JCP staff are nowhere near as knowledgeable as they used to be, their positions have been dumbed down to mere desk clerks, any request for benefit advice is now referred to the claimants local BDC.

That's because we are not benefits advisors, we work at the jobcentre. The benefits advisors work at the benefit delivery centre.

I have no issue with people not giving access to thier account nor with your advice on arriving on time but why advise people to only do no more than their agreement? It isnt a competition to get away with the least it all about providing proof you have been doing your best to get off benefits.

Its not 'our' rules to make 'us' happy. The government make the rules, we abide by them the same as claimants are required to.

Yes we make mistakes, yes the system is certainly flawed, yes things go wrong but its a small % many people claim and have no issues at all. No matter what processes come into play it will never be without faults.
I think you are not understanding what i am saying.

I mean only write down what the jobseekers agreement says and no more. You have then done what was asked of you.

You are then free to search for jobs your own way with no pressure of sanctions from the job centre.
