  • Staring a double HHC at 13:30 as have only managed to do a small local shop and declutter a couple of recorded programmes this morning! Feeling very sleepy so need to motivate my lazy self.

DH will be home early as it is Friday so may drag him to another shop - best to walk as it's not far and we usually get stuck getting off the car park when it is busy.

I've managed to dust DD's room while she washed up and thats it. She has so many little things out on the side it takes ages to do in there, which is why she usually has to do it ;)

Giving up on the parcel, DD's bus pass expires today and I have one as well which is valid so going to make the most of it to jump the bus out to further afield places. My mum called to warn me the traffic is horrible heading into town, but DD said the route by us isn't too bad so we'll head to town then jump the bus back out along the route my mum was talking about ;) Right, best get moving or we'll get stuck heading out in rush hour traffic.

I managed to hang out a wash, put away all tinys next stage clothes, sort my clothes into outfits and put away, eat some food and being tiny down. She had no desire to sleep besides yawning.
  • Paid stuff decluttered, that's me finished until 9am next Friday morning

Ventured to Ald!. Took me an age to get there as people were causing gridlock by queuing on the road, trying to get into Morris0ns car park  Thankfully I spotted someone leaving the Ald! carpark just as I arrived -- there are only 22 spaces plus a couple of disabled and parent and child spaces so it was pure luck. The store itself wasn't as bad as I anticipated, better than last week tbh, I got everything on my list and was back out the car park 45 mins after I arrived :)

All shopping packed away (apart from my cider which I will need to find a home for as the drinks cupboard is already chokka, and I bought… plenty… cider )
Work stuff decluttered, kitchen S&S, two salad stuffed wraps devoured for lunch
    Dishes WUDUPA
Now time to stick my head in the washing basket and see how many loads I can clear before DH gets home.

Finally starting to feel festive :xmastree: :D
  • Back on with the kitchen of doom... never thought it would take so long...:embarasse

Doing a blitz for an hour now, then sit down for a cuppa...

Neighbours wreath made and hung, front door tied bunch all done, just my wreath, table arrangement and ceiling ring to go!

Chips, ham and beans done for the kids lunch, so nice for all 3 of them to be here!

Right back to the greenery, more handcream first I think.

Natty I am so pleased Ollie seemed so much happier - and he managed some kittie biscuits, too - fantastic!:T

Helen Jelly it's lovely to "see" you; I hope to goodness your poor DH gets some relief from his pain soon.

    Piggers I love the nails!

Re the poo cakes - that sounds to me like an idea for a themed celebration cake for a dog-lover. Dog at one end of the cake, and a little border of black poly-bags made of icing.....:D Or maybe not.....:rotfl:

Lizzie is here; she's a real little live-wire, so it's going to be an interesting (and probably exhausting) eight days.:o
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

  • Update at 3 pm.

Finished double HHC including grouting all parts needing it of the small bathroom window - it takes about 5 mins to get a tiny blob of ready mix grout out of the tube!!!! I was supposed to be saving time getting ready mixed. Will have to leave the other window until tomorrow now.

Rest of jobs on list all completed plus brushing down the stair carpet and small shop.

Decluttering a much needed coffee whilst waiting for DH to come home then take me to Mr M. Not risking walking as the forecast is awful for this afternoon.

Feeling the most organised and cleanest I have for many a year so thanks all for your support. xx
