My SIL called her eldest son the same name as her brother (ie. the baby's uncle). She just liked the name.
The baby is nearly 30 now and it's never caused any problems.0 -
I'd be very annoyed. My brother called his daughter the two names that I would have had for my daughter if I'd had one. I didn't have a daughter but every time I hear my niece's name I think about the daughter I never had.0

Have to agree with most of the posters here; completely unreasonable IMHO. Nobody has 'dibs' on their child's name (or names similar to it!), and I am mystified by those who get annoyed about this kind of thing.Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs
