I really dont think they have wireless internet connection. There certianly isnt in the chalets themselves, possibly in the actual centre but I really doubt it. I think if they have wi-fi then they would say!

Hi, the vouchers are gone now.
RE wi-fi. Well budget does really mean budget i'm afraid. I didn't see anything to do with it in the actual centre either, they had 6 payphones and none of them worked!0 -
Just back from Southport. Upgraded to Club for £167 but got 50% back in Pontins Pounds to spend at bar etc. Weather was awful and staff did nothing to lay on indoor activities if outdoor ones cancelled (obviously looking for kids to use amusement arcade). Only ever 1 guy at bar serving. I know it was a "free" holiday but the whole thing was very badly run. I have been to Pontins numerous times in the past and if this standard is replicated at other sites then there will soon be plots of land available for housing.A shadowy flight into the dangerous world of a man who does not exist.

Well we are back from Wales and it was so much nicer than the reviews made it seem. The only downside were the drunks on a night but apart from being a bit loud they were harmless.
The pool was great fun for the kids, we went twice every day. The bedding was clean and fresh but the room smelled a bit when we first arrived, nothing a bit air freshener couldn't handle.Barclaycard 3800

Got back from Hemsby today.
Was better than I expected- kids had lots of fun and I didnt need to spend much money.
Chalet was basic but clean, the weather could've been better- the worse thing about it was the family from hell with a 5 year old that swore like a navvy and ran riot, turing off machines in arcade- keep up on the stage during the entertainment- and the parents seemed to be constantly effing and blinding at each other and ignoring him
