Draft Rejection letter to UKPC - thoughts ?

Old and unhelpful advice. Ignore it.
Wait for the NtK and appeal. You wait both for compliance reasons and because it costs them £2.50 to get the RK details.0 -
BrightonandHove - thanks again.
My husband really doesn't want to wait for the NtK (can't be bothered about making them shell out the £2.50) and we don't understand the 'compliance' bit.0 -
If you appeal now, as mentioned earlier they will assume the person appealing is the driver.
By not waiting for the NtK you are wasting a chance that they will screw up, and if they do, they cannot hold the registered keeper liable.
If you appeal now, they will know who the driver is and them screwing up won't matter!0 -

If you really wish to appeal go for it, but when they reject do you understand you don't need to pay?
All you need to do is come back here amd we will show you how to win at popla.
The Advise here is not complicated but as its an open forum people are free to give advice as they see fit even if it isnt correct.
So its basically this:
Appeal to ukpc
> Appeal gets rejected---->come back on here, construct popla appeal----> get it checked on here----> submit to popla
> wait----> get evidence pack (if lucky) from ukpc, dont be intimidated----> Get Popla result
>Win!Proud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0 -

You need to tell your husband to grow a pair then. Seriously, you've been given exact instructions on what to do to get this cancelled. If your husband is too lazy to follow these very simple steps then maybe he's better off paying it.0 -
AoD – thanks. My husband doesn’t see any issue in admitting he was the driver.
I appreciate this will be an alien concept to some posters but being from an older generation the concept of trying to trip people up is not in our DNA ! We just want to challenge this unjust charge and get it out of the way a.s.a.p.
Kirbyinfurnesslad – thanks to you too. Yes, we do realise that if/when they reject the appeal we would then have to go to Popla and thanks for suggesting we come back here again for help with the Popla appeal. I think the problem is that the process isn’t complicate but it’s made complicated by everyone who ‘knows’ their advice is right despite it being conflicting !
We’ve taken screen prints of the photographic evidence from the UKPC website just in case they loseit as it clearly shows the space next to our car is not big enough for another car. What else might they have in their ‘evidence’ pack ?
For what it’s worth, his nervous reflux has already started up again.0 -

Was there any need to have been so aggressive with this post?"You should know not to believe everything in media & polls by now !"

Understood! But just always bear in mind that the DNA of a PPC is to definitely try and trip you up!!!0 -

BrightonandHove – after being so helpful up until now why do you now have to resort to insults ?
I don’t know how old you are and don’t really care but suggest you have some respect for people who may not be as mentally robust as you. I’m glad he‘s unlikely to log on to this forum and see such an insensitive post. He is not lazy but you have been extremely rude.0 -

Yup, it's the old 'two wrongs don't make a right' principle that's embedded and would leave a nastier taste than is already there. I understand what is being said just can't subscribe !
Thanks again.0
