If she chooses to let everyone know who she is - it is her choice of course, will see.
If not, sure we will get some updates by other means
well done to her! I do hope she posts now and again - this kitty has stole into my heart!0 -

Important thing is kitty is/will be fine now
I think she did too....best left now as new owner found. hopefully those idiots won't get another one and the RSPCA can concentrate on the next animal they need to sort.
Apart from telling them not to attend i guess so they don't waste their time looking for her.Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.0 -

oh lordy - poor thing - its missing half its fur! but better that than the awful matts! they must have been so painful!
when I took Nicki to vets - he told me that matts that bad were painful to the cat. and in severe (and he meant SEVERE cases) they will shave as it brings immediate relief to the cat.0 -

Poor soul, but she already looks as if she has some spirit about her.
My mum has a persian chinchilla and hes been shaved a couple of times, he looks like a plucked chicken, or a sausage dog with a bit of fluff0 -

Yes, clumps are horribly painful for a cat, my mum has a persian and I have a long haired cat, much better off and hopefully the cat will get into a regular grooming routine now
And it will grow back soon enough0 -
Even if they wanted to stay anonymous could they perhaps post updates through GR as I would love to be kept up to date with her progress0

Sadly, though it has turned out ok for this one, there are many many cats (and dogs)still having to survive the best way they can,and that is often in a very poor state.
No wonder all the rescues are overloaded. Most strays and ferals are as a result of being turfed out.I do not know how people sleep at night having done that.
But for now lets take comfort in this happy ending for this poor little soul.0
