Good morning everyone. :j
Well yesterday turned out to be a really good day. Got everything achieved on the kitchen diner list so that was good. We have an open plan kitchen/diner/living room and once I tackled the kitchen diner felt I couldn't leave the living room because it looked awful next to the other gleaming areas. Therefore in the living room I dusted, cleaned out the log burner, hovered the rug and had a really good tidy up. I'm hoping OH comes home early from work today so we can go and get our christmas tree then the living area will be truly sorted.
So today's list for me
Get out of PJs!!
DW on/ emptied
Hoover hallway, and stairs
Dust hallway, bannister and porch
Tidy porch and scrub the floor
Start the christmas present wrapping
Go to the bank
Tea - fish,chips and peas
Have a good daySPC9 #5070 -

No lemons.. I have a yellow rugby ball Squeak carries around hugging insisting it is a lemon though... plus everyone is out until after 12... I have peace and quiet! 2 babies sleeping and just me, my knitting and the sound of my knitting being knitted!
TD is on so I have done something to post about! I also folded 1 load of dry stuff.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Belated birthday wishes to juliejim and CY's DD2. Sounds like many of us are struggling at this time of year, so sending (((hugs))) and coping vibes to flyfolk (including 4-legged family members).
I just realised that I edited my first post instead of quoting it.
Also had no internet access last night, so I'm behind with making a plan for today. Going to get a hot drink and make a start. At least I don't have any appointments today and few phone calls to make, so should be able to fly steadily.
So far I've taken DS2 to school, called at the farm for eggs and done a top-up shop in our little town. I've whittled down the lists a lot. Since absolutely everything (and some) needs doing thoroughly I'm trying to focus on just a few things each time.
So here's my (adapted) list:
Monday ~ Grotty Kitchen and Gloomy Dining Room
HHC decluttering and vacuuming the floors
HHC finding and wiping a worktop
Clear and wipe the table
Clean the hob
Clean out the fridge
Tuesday - Luscious Living room, hallway, stairs
HHC Clear LR floor of clutter
Clear and hoover stairs, incl small landings at top and bottom
clean and tidy shoe rack at bottom of stairs
Also needed:
post doctor's note
phone farm shop
Make lunch/breakfast for DS1+GF+me, DS1's tea to take to work
book exam
Collect DS2 from school
HW with DS2 (make a plan for the week)
Make a study plan for me
Cook tea
wash and put away dishes morning/lunch/evening
HHC knitting0 -
Morning all.

Jools - *hugs*

My phone is nearly charged, I'm just about to juggle money around bank accounts then I'm going for a bath (and change my bed) while DD watches another terrible Christmas film and does her homework. Hopefully I can get through the lists today. :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Dot just woke up.. she is really not well today!
I am sick of germs. I just had a call from someone at church saying one of the people they were away with has shingles so DS2 has been exposed to that too on top of his raging cold.. I may put him in isolation if he comes down with that too!

Best laid plans - found out that I have to print the booking form for my exam, so a trip to the internet cafe in town needed. So much for flying.
