Poor Doozergirl. Sounds absolutely miserable and the blues inevitable. Your OH ringing the ward means you can get some information to calibrate how you are feeling and advice on managing your pain and side effects of drugs. You should also ask how long til the worst subsides and what else to look out for.
Keeping everybody else's bugs away from you sounds sensible.

Glad you enjoyed Warwick Arts Centre jelly. Generally it reminds me of sitting exams there. However for one exam we were relegated to a different building while Bill Clinton gave his valedictorian speech there. 3 hours of management accounting (not my favourite subject to start with), with Clinton's helicopter the other side of a brick wall, with the rotors going for the whole time in case of terrorist attack. Bloody hard to concentrate, scraped a pass.
The funniest part of the day was seeing all the secret service men dressed in raincoats and with short hair, nursing pints and trying to blend in at the student bar.Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.
