Yeah, I think you're right. Another case of trying to help someone and ending up having to sort out a bloody nightmare.:mad:0 -

This did however include watching four horses turn my back garden from green grass to mud.
Not my brightest idea.
You must have been so pleased with your achievements, and they must have looked lovely turned out on the grass . I read this out to DD who laughed.0 -

THEY were pleased with the achievement certainly
I used to quite often put them in the garden in summer to save cutting the grass.
I let the geese to that now0 -

If that is the case then there is no 36 or 18 month period of grace - PRR ceases to apply to the first property from the date that the person moved into the second property.
Is the first property now let out or is it unoccupied?
I thought there was still the grace period, soon to be reduced to 18 months.

With all the discussion of corporate metaphors, I meant to mention that yesterday was a bit of a black day for me. Not only did I type 'thought leader' into a document (I truly hate that expression, the document called for a shovel of coroporate buzzwords though) but I was also in a meeting where promotional pens came up. I did try and say that promotional items weren't very environmentally friendly, but I think everyone was a bit over-excited at the thought of corporate tat by that point.
Oh well. Payday on Friday.0 -

Urgh.......no, no, no.....we get this stuff some times. DH just cannot say no to free stuff. ATM we have a couple of huge bag fulls of stuff from a 'branded beverage' that I cannot get any more friends or family to take any off. Seriously , if I offer anyone else a fridge magnet or t shirt I think I might get tied up in t shirts, weighed down with magnets and chucked to the bottom of the cake.......
I mean....a paper napkin holder??????0
