So all our left-right brains are equal, but some are more equal than others?

Which hand did you put on your head? Left hand, as right is holding the computer mouse of course.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

I thought the guest list for Passover was often a big of a moving target, including any random relatives who announce they are gracing the occasion with their presence? And feel free to criticise the meal for being non-Kosher-enough?

Or maybe that's just OH's extended family in Israel - their Passover meals are huge, loads of people, some of whom tell you they are coming rather than get invited. And the living room / dining room / landing is littered with bodies because people won't travel until the sun sets the next day.

You are both brave and accomplished; I couldn't ever even try to cater for 30 people.

I did say i was 30, rather than catering for 30 people. I think we have had 20 in the past.

The initial invite list is made, then there are a few add-ons "because otherwise XX would be on their own and an invitee couldn't let that happen". In my mind I don't repeat an invite to an add-on the following year for fear of creating a habit.

Criticising the kosher standards is really not polite. Either come or don't come, no offence taken if you decline an invite for that reason, is my motto. In actual fact the food and crockery side of things would meet anyone's kashrut standards for passover. The timing of the meal and the use of electricity may not pass stringent tests.

Apparently I am 69% right brained.

Me too. I already know that I'm right brained chaos - I'm surprised that as a scientist that you are, what do you think?

Since I was 14 I can count the times I haven't cooked Christmas dinner on the fingers of one hand. Not always hosting, in fact usually not, but I'm definitely the best cook across both families. On DS's second Xmas, BIL cooked at their house. He used frozen veg. That was the first and last time I allowed him to cook.

What usually happens is that I drink as I cook. After one drink, I will happily produce dish after dish all day and never serve up, so Doozer knows that he has to step in and do the completer-finisher thing.

Not cooking this year. We are away until the big day so are going to friends' in the afternoon. They use gravy granules and tend to lose the meat juices so I think I may bring a bottle of nice cider and make a proper gravy too.

    I've been Money Tipped!
DH just did it and came out left brain 75%. Now we have both got our breath back from laughing we can say we think its flawed.

I came out almost equal, cannot remember which was the greater, but some were hard, like the arms/ legs /eye because both options are ok for me ish. My legs are skewed by pain possibly?

The imagery ones all had logical but artistic answers of equal weight to me which made me cross because my answers felt right but compromised...

I really find things like that both compelling yet frustrating.

    Ok,

So I just bought a copy of a painting from the national gallery as a stretched canvas.

I'm going to frame it ( i think, i know its going to make it even deeper but want it quite deep and boxy). Then I want to put it on a bracket/ hinge of some sort and put it in front of the kitchen tv on the wall so I don't have to look at the ugly thing anymore unless its on, when I can "open" the painting.

Anyone know what kind of bracket I would need for this purpose?

Back. Well, tried to take some random snaps, but in Mr T's that's tricky if you're trying to not fall over, hold your shopping list, hold your phone (not in a case), push a trolley and do your shopping, all while not looking "odd" taking photos of things.... so I quickly gave up the ghost there.

Then I took some snaps from a cliff edge.

But, as I am conscious of looking a loon ... and many people are suspicious if you're [a] taking their photo (they think) or loitering like a mugger waiting for them to ferkoff..... so, overall, quality's probably dire.

Can't tell until I've uploaded them, which is occurring right now....

Had toast... so that was lunch.
