Xmas Day/dinner was always our one big event of the year. No others.We don't do big Xmas dinners. I have hosted passover seder meals and the (jewish) New Year big dinners. So the food without the decorations, if that counts.
Although we did used to have a turkey roast dinner on New Year's Day and on Easter Sunday, but it was just a "big roast dinner", not like Xmas.0 -

I remember Mackesons Stout, though not the other things.
Mackesons Stout is something I was forced to drink. In fact I was prescribed it by a doctor for an iron deficiency. Can you imagine 13 and 14 year olds being prescribed alcohol now:rotfl:.
Still, it could be one of the reasons I barely ever drink now.
