Ouch - does that hurt? Glad it's getting better, anyway, with the help of the diet.

Yeah, absolutely , it is painful:) But I've done far better than I had any right to expect. At the time there was a very high degree of probability that they would have to amputate, and that's still a possibility if I get a venous ulcer but much lower.

I'm still very mobile (walked ten miles yesterday) have less pain than most with LDS, and in most respects perfectly ok...

    All the best, Gen.

I agree with Nikkster about answering phones in cars. I hear it was worse than being over the limit. Probably not as dangerous as putting on a blindfold and using the Force or letting your sleep-deprived pet ape do the driving.(like a lot of London drivers seem to do).

    Given up. Too tired.

Just made a little next on the sofa for a rest. Sun has come out and we could do something buit I'm shattered now. :(

That is so miserable...when other people steal your energy. Non RP or employers. Grrrr.

Having had years of my brother leaving me feeling like this...I cut him loose. It was a choice, my well being or him. I chose me.

I choose you and fir, but know that is ineffective...you have to choose yourselves. Very hard.

I had no idea posh people did that!

Also, if you're on the phone you're having to process information, listen, reply, make decisions etc.

With a fag there's none of that

Same as having a passenger though, all of that other stuff. Or Bluetooth .

I rarely drive far enough to need a wee .... which is usually done about once every 6-7 hours. Even a 4 hour drive and necking 2 cans of coke en route doesn't leave me busting to find a loo upon my arrival.

Two of my pills act as diuretics. (Side effect rather than aim though one does act to drain fluid but not that way from there). I also have to drink a lot of water, and just like drinking a lot. I can quite feasibly go every twenty minutes some hours :o.

Though, did surprise myselF by just sitting through a film without going, I think its the first time I have ever been to a cinema with out having a piddle.

You might not believe this of me:o but when I smoked I used to get distracted by talking and so used to forget to ash my city and so had lots of evidence of such :o:o

An actual passenger isn't supposed to be so bad as they are more able to see if there is something which needs particular concentration coming up. Guess that depends on the passenger though!

Oh, and that training thing said that if it's a phone conversation you use some concentration picturing the other person. Not so convinced by that one.
