Thanks Mayday,
I think it is something Ebid are doing there end as I got this message about 2 weeks ago also when they were doing some maintenance and then it cleared up.
Still, as I haven't sold anything for a while on there I am not in a panic yet.
Cheers :beer:AMAZON SELLERS CLUB member 0033 come and join us :j make some space and get hold of some cash, we're on the ebay and other auctions, car boot and jumble sales board0 -

Thanks for this reminder! I completely missed the last one and am busy/away during all of YDC56 listing weekend, but I'll try adding a few items using the pre-set start dates so they begin within the specified times.
Thanks again for the reminder!:TI reserve the right not to spend.

Been on ebid a bit now won a auction @ 99p so did a few, then the seller sends a email to me say it was wrong price and was not going to sell me it for 99p but would do for £19.99p so i email the sell back saying r u going to honnor the bids and he just give me a load of swearing
so i email admin this is there reply "Thanks for your mail. Please contact the seller to settle your dispute.
eBid is a venue. Similiar to you classified ads in local papers. Our site acts as the venue
for sellers to conduct auctions and for bidders to bid on sellers' auctions.
We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers."
so r they saying there nothing they can do @ all not even give the seller a email to see whats going onNever hold your farts in. They travel up your spine, into your brain, and that's where you get s****y ideas from.
Hello and good bye....

Gillianandterry - I keep a list of all sellers I deal with here in my challenger list, can you let me know if it involves anyone on here please? You might also like to take the issue up with other sellers in the eBid forums, see if anyone else has had the same problem.
Was it a new seller?
Were they address verified?
Did you check their 'About Me' page to find out about them before bidding?
Did you check their feedback?
Most of the above are pretty straight forward, basic checks that really should be made before bidding on any items listed anywhere. eBid, or any other sales venues, are just what we use for carrying out the transactions. The site owners have no responsibility for each individual offering to sell items. eBid, however, will strike off a seller if they are proven to be abusing the rules. In my opinion, a seller listing at 99p with no reserve has clearly stated that they are prepared to sell at 99p, so you are well within your rights to request the item, unless it was a blatantly obvious mistake in pricing. If it looks too good to be true, then it normally (but not always) is.
Good luck and don't let one bad apple spoil the eBid barrel. I've been a member there for over 8 years and have sold quite a bit and saved a fortune on some cracking bargains.I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

GandT - Log into your account and leave them negative feedback along with the reason why. As the second complaint in short succession, this should suspend their account pending satisfactory outcome of investigation by eBid. If they leave you negative feedback in return, email support@ebid.net and explain the situation to them. They should have the wherewithall to remove your negative and suspend the unscrupulous seller indefinitely.
Better luck next time. Unfortunately, there are chancers everywhere and, as the eBid auction site continues to grow, more and more will, no doubt, chance their arm there when eBay gets too much like hard work for them.I reserve the right not to spend.

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
It's a real pain and looking at the help forums I don't think I'm the only one
Are you using IE6? there's a known issue with a small proportion of IE6 users which ebid support are working on. If you have firefox on your PC that should work whilst the IE6 issue gets resolved. There is no such word as "bidded". I bid, you bid, they bid, Ebid0 -

was thinking "Seller sold this for 99p witch was his mistake then refused to sell for the price the auction then said if I wanted it would have to pay more " or is that badNever hold your farts in. They travel up your spine, into your brain, and that's where you get s****y ideas from.

I have responded to your thread directly on the ebid forums, it's not really appropriate to discuss individual sellers hereThere is no such word as "bidded". I bid, you bid, they bid, Ebid0 -
right, made my mind up, I'm joining eBid. But what have others done about usernames? Have you just used your old username?
and how is the promised listing import tool coming along?0
