Lilt and Jellytots most excellent adventure...

Hello tweeps!!
I am indeed half crippled from my exploits today. Anyone carrying a nearly three year old on one hip, whilst pushing a pram loaded down with shopping, stopping to pick up pennies of roadkill here and there is definitely deserving of backache :rotfl:
Billie yes flower it is tomorrow at Canterz. My wonderful friend (who stalks this diary!) is dropping her kids off with her fabulous mumsie, and driving me there, then going shopping, and coming back to get me and bring me home. I love her I do.takes so much stress away from me to know what is happening with transport. I don't much care about the rest. I seem to be on some kind of conveyor belt, and stop off for op's here and there each year! I thought I had escaped 2014 without an op, as my last was October 13, but here I am, scraping it in
Brightspark87 same to you hun and thanks for my mail; will reply later!!
Applemuncher that is a lot of gear I've got on there.... and none of it too flattering with my lardy bottomhahaha!!
SuperDave I like perspective. It puts me back in my place. Today a pilot landed a jet on half his landing gear in London. Another plane has been missing for far too long for it to be anything but very bad news for the families of 160 passengers and crew. My #firstworldproblems are very minor in comparison. I sometimes look at pictures coming from the various satellites, the ISS & the rover currently on Mars. When I see our entire planet in less than a pixel of space on a huge map, I start thinking straight
So of my above list I got a hefty wodge done. Have delayed the defuzz etc til the morning as I am too stiff to be shaving any legs tonight, & I have some time to kill in the morning before I am off! I haven't done the washing or ironing but about to remedy the washing, and put my hands over my eyes at the growing pile in the corner until the morning. She has enough clothes... :rotfl:
Have done the shopping, & now have the makings of several meals to get done shortly. Slow cooker lamb stew, lamb in gravy to be frozen in portions & tandoori lamb- also got some YS bargains in the form of chantenay carrots, mini potatoes perfect for stew & a huge bag of sweet potatoes for 30p
I might flirt about the diaries a bit now. Then I must get on with eating a cheese board and cooking

Totally agree re perspective. I've been feeling a bit miserable tonight but I wouldn't swap my woes with many of those in the news etc. We have to be thankful for what we do have (or don't have as the case may be!) XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

I've just been catching up and ooooo my word Lilt you are a yummy mummy!!
I read your words about relationship woes and past battles and I'm so with you. I have been in your shoe not so long ago. Things can change for the better but only if you both want them to.
Good luck for your op today ...... Will be giving about you.
2015 will bring good things Lilt, new challenges, new friendships, new memories and unfortunately perhaps a little heartache but we will all be here to hold your hand and guide you through.
