hohum!!!! Hiiiiii! Where have you been?
Thank you for the tip on the hot dog sausages, I will ave a look. These are consumed at a rate of knots (Notts?) in my house! I don't mind them covered in caramelised onions and ketchup and american mustard but then I think I would be happy to eat those things on a bun without the hotdog on their own
Lucky some of the SW ideas are completely nuts! But eating as much pasta, rice as you like... that bit is for meI put red lentils in my bolognese and it is now twice the size!!
Good stuff!
Off in 5 minutes to pick up Jellytot and the prescription. I have one more Osteo appt. tomorrow, and I really do feel much better at the moment! Much straighter, my leg and foot issues have calmed a lot. I think this is definitely just a maintenance issue. I was ignoring the signs, and popping the pills to block the signals, and getting on with it. I feel much better now!I just wish I could exercise. That I miss.
Remind me I have a Flu jab at 11:40 next Monday!!!! Please! I forgot already! And Lucky, have you got that appt at your docs?! xx

:rotfl: I'm so glad i'm not the only one who forgets everything. I put reminders on my phone now for appointments as soon as I make them! It's the only way I get anywhere on time!
I had quorn mince a few times when on SW a few years back. DH kicked up a big fuss and didn't like it  so I didn't buy it again. Once i'd added all the ingredients I have to say I didn't notice much of a difference i'm sure he just saw the packet and thought he'd moan :rotfl: He is a big foodie unlike your OH's that you're all describing. He won't eat own brands (although to be fair he does now as he gets zero choice when I shop:p ) and he likes the most expensive cheese, meat, wine, yada yada yada and so on and so forth and he drives me insane!!! Nothing is ever good enough! So make the most of it if you have a OH that doesn't care :rotfl:
Last week I made a lentil and bean shepherd's pie and although it was tedious to make it tasted delicious and everyone -including DH - cleared their plates :T
Glad some of your health problems have cleared a little :T

Hey,
Ooh scary re: back dominoes. Glad that it is feeling better atm tho. Long may it continue!
One thing to try with scan bran if you 'really need to go' is; mix about 4/5 broken up with a bag of frozen fruit (I like blueberry and strawberry). Allow them to defrost together in the fridge overnight, and then serve it with yoghurt. It's a bit like a black forest gateaux (well...ish, lol).
Loving everybody's updates; can't comment on all, so will say a general 'thank you' for making me smile and/or feel inspired xDebt remaining:

Hello peeps!!!
Happy first day of Autumn!!!
I jinxed my back. One wobbler-throwing child & I am feeling very sorely poorly today. Regardless! I shall be fine after my Osteo at 5:30 PMA!!!
That scanbran recipe almost sounds edible Gib. I love my Ryvita's... scanbran just butchers their memory :rotfl:
DFW I have put reminders in my phone for most things, but as the docs was heaving, I didn't and have since lost the piece of paper I had. Writing it on here was a last ditch attempt to remind me to book it in my phone before it is lost forever! Your DH would drive me bonkers; I don't know how you do it! I only put up with Him's horrendous food habits because it is cheap!Have you got a link for the Shepherds pie?!? Sounds lovely!
Lucky is it a routine appt for hubby? Best of luck!!!
Off to Osteo so back later. Not feeling great. Jellytot home with a stinking cold from nursery. Poor baby xx

Go sleep Super Dave. Much love!
I am back. Osteo appt was good. he confirmed that I have a 'fatty nodule' sticking out of my pelvis reacting to inflammation and pain. He was gentle and I have another appt. next week. Hopefully the last one, as I currently sit on £125 of fees... thank goodness for health plans.
Jellytot much poorlier this evening and had a total meltdown whilst I was at Osteo, combination of me disappearing for an hour and daddy being there instead, rather than as well as. She calmed right down, snuggled into me and took her bottle as soon as I was back. Few coughs, but fine since she got to sleep.
I had a weird nights sleep. Mainly because I took 2 of my new pills as told, last night before bed. I woke a few times in the night but didn't feel with it, and not even with it enough to pop to the loo. I obviously got up with Jelly this morning, got her ready, took her to nursery, nearly missed the guy coming to change the leccy meter as he and I both arrived at my front door at 5 past 9! I didn't actually feel awake until nearly 2pm. Weird. Hope it doesn't do the same tomorrow. I've got work!!!
I also popped out today and bought 3 new pairs of work trousers. Took advantage of sale items, with an extra 25% off, and managed to spend only £22,30 on THREE pairs of work trousers. 2 black, one grey. SO very needed... I had 4 pairs. Two that refuse to do up currently, one (brand new ) which the zip had broken on... leaving me with 1 pair of work trousers, with the back of one hem coming down and slightly torn from being walked on. Not good! Now I have to explain myself to YNAB. That wasn't budgeted this month...
Need to take my painkillers, and my other painkillers and go to sleep, but have to shower and wash my hair first. Cannot be going out with wet hair in the morning!
On that note, lovely peoples. I am out! Night, sleep tight, especially SuperSaver... xx

Sleep well, I hope the tablets don't weird you out again tonight. Glad the osteo did his stuff too.
Mr Lucky's appointment is just routine, though very welcome after the most recent seizure. Hopefully he will up the meds again XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
