I've enjoyed that catch-up Lilty - can't get over steak for breakfast though....I've NEVER had that, not even at a posh hotel LOL!! Perhaps one day.....!!
What else turns up on your breakfast menu? I don't get beyond some combination of cereal, toast, banana and natural yogurt - and occasionally croissants. And occasionally orange juice. Oh and of course tea/coffee, goes without saying!:D

Would love steak for brekkie! I make do with 3 scrambled eggs + a dollop of cottage cheese and a glug of cream for now.
Just made more fatbombs: 60g butter, 90g coconut oil, 20g cocoa. Job done! Who needs sweetener!!!
i am physically unable to hula hoop - just cannot keep it up. But I used to do pretty well on the wii fit hula-less version...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
