    Hi guys

Quick message to say sorry. I've really not been on. I found like a dozen open MSE on my phone browser... I pop on a lot on my phone just to read what people have written but I seem to have gotten into a habit of just mindlessly clicking on it then going off doing something else. So have just caught up... on my own diary!

I do this all the time, with great intentions to come back to comment on things and then... Apparently not. To be honest I never have an idea what I've said so I end up just posting short posts..

No lunch breaks? No wonder you're not feeling up to sitting at the computer at night, it's exhausting working without a break. Breaks are so important to be productive.
  • Hope you are well lilt. Not bought it yet. Going to wait until just before the beginning of next month.

    hope you are okay Missie,

I do pop in on my way around the diaries to make sure you are still with us and enjoying the MSE party, I have quietly scanned the party room but you must be hiding somewhere and I'm thinking you must be in the garden, its a forest out there and its cold so I have decided to have a quick peek through the window.... I will be back to check again soon, I will find you, I am the queen of hide and seek, just you wait...

Hi there, Ihave read through your whole diary in the last few weeks. I am reaaly impressed by you determination to carry on regardless. I do wonder though if you are overding it. who would sort stuff out if you got really sick? Take it a bit easier on your self I would suggest. Pity I didn't see the bit about the review of your work beofre you actually had it. I would have asked for the carerr advancement exams as pare of your review, but there you go. They (your bosses) know they have a good thing in you.

Sorry to hear the Jelly still has troubles with her stomach. That must be very hard for you both to deal with. Have you been asked to complete a food diary for her. I am just wondering if you did this whether it would highlight a consistent food which is a trigger, over and above those that you know about.Good luck with getting it sorted out.

    Hello you lovely lot. :)

I feel a bit shy! Lots has been going on and I haven't been here and jabbered on mindlessly about it all. I am still finding it incredibly hard to sit my bum down for more than a few minutes. And when I do it usually costs me money *cough* £70 on 4 pairs of new shoes just now *cough* so I am trying to sit still less!

Chevalier thank you so much for your dogged perseverance in readning!! I suppose I helped you get to the end by shutting up for a bit :D I am really trying to take it a bit easier. I've hurt my back trying to lift mountains and plonked myself back into the land of do small things gently :)

Jellytots got an appointment on the 18th August to see the paediatrician and so we will discuss triggers there. Other than dairy protein & gelatine the odd things that set her off seem to be grain related. But they are so hit and miss it is hard to find a proper trigger. For instance she can eat mcvities gingerbread men which are nothing special in terms of dealing with allergies and actually have some dairy potential, however cannot touch the organix ones which swear to be DF. They give her the worst tummy pains. But I have a huge diary and brain index of all these things. It helps being the one who buys everything and feeds her 99% of it as I can see precisely what affects her and steer clear. She has been eating a bit better recently and has finally caught her weight back up :j

Speaking of weight... still losing. Had a real buzz today when a neighbour I see rarely bumped into me for the second day in a row and said 'Have you lost some weight?!' and then remarked when I said yes that she had seen me the day before and thought I had lost a lot then! :D That makes me feel much better :) There is a school of thought which says that it takes 4 weeks for you to notice a change, 8 weeks for family and friends, and 12 weeks for everyone else. This neighbour is an 'everyone else' :)

Anyways I have to get myself ready for work tomorrow. So half an hour more hula hooping, some core exercises for 10 minutes and then I shall be plonking myself in an epsom salts bath. My sleep has levelled out now that I am going to bed strictly at 10pm. I am managing over 8 hours sleep most days. This also has to do with me increasing my meds but I have managed to bring them back down a wee bit since and am still sleeping :)

Helped a colleague out by telling him about rescue remedy as it really helps me to settle and sleep along with the meds. And he went out and bought some as he has not been sleeping more than a couple of hours a night for months. He too is managing 7-9 hours a night every night now and professes to love me. We all know that feeling of being so tired you want to cry :) lovely to have helped someone get rid of it!

Oh and.. the shoes. I've got 3 different pairs of sandals/shoes for different occasion wear, and one black leather pair of chelsea boots. Much needed, I've been living and dying in running shoes and actually had NOTHING else to wear. I got 30% off and next day delivery for free so I am happy enough. :)

I also saved £30 by begging my mum for £15 of tesco points to boost and buy a railcard with. That saved me £180 on rail fares for my trip home!!! In one go. And is valid for a year :) It's swings and roundabouts but I am not worrying too much. Money isn't the priority it was recently. My health and wellbeing are. And that seems to be costing me slightly more than I had anticipated but it is all good spends.

Hope you're all ok. Thanks for dropping in. :) xxxx

    Lilt!

£70 for 4 pairs of shoes (especially when there are boots in there) is pretty damn good! I always think that cheap shoes end up costing more in the future, whereas decent shoes in sales end to last longer. But that's just in my opinion, I also have painful feet so I'm picky.

Happy to hear about your weightloss! Proud of you!

Poor jelly, I hope the cause is found soon. <3

Peaty they are real leather!! I bought them but that isn't to say I will keep them all. I did get an epic deal on them so yes £70 for 4 pairs of real leather shoes was awesome :)

Luckily I have now learned how to take care of my feet and treat them very well. if the shoes don't fit perfectly back they will go!

    Big hugs xx

Glad you are well, lovely lady! Will the new shoes slow down your fitbit milage...?

Glad too, to hear about the sleep - although I've been keeping a sneaky eye on that for you.

I also bought a railcard the other week - got a 3 year one for £70. Truly a bargain, evenif I only take dd to seee my sister and my mum once each.

Home again after 11 days away where the eating keto petered out, especially at my sister's: veggie household. Am glad to be in a cat-free environment and will be stocking upon 'my' foods tomorrow. Can't wait!

    xx

Haha my mileage has taken a back seat anyway Apple due to me upping the workouts and focusing on my core instead of miles. rare to catch me out for a night time walk now. I'm usually
hooping in the bedroom or throwing a 5kg medicine ball around of an evening. good because FGN is all but gone so I am limited to 2 nights a week where I can leave the house of an evening!

Enjoy "your" foods! I've been starting each day with a rib eye steak fried in butter. *Diet* food :rotfl: xxx
