Sorry to hear you've been in the Sleepless in Seattle club too Lilty - it totally sucks:o Also must be much worse with a little one waking up early.
I seem to be improving as I've had a couple of good nights out of the last three, and I think the middle night was just due to the gales.
Hope that mountain of work is shrinking fast hun!! xx£10 a day extra in May '18[B]£35/310[

Mars I've given it up to the Universe for 6 years and now the Universe is pushing it on me. Thanks for the well meaning advice but I accepted that !!!!!! happens 20 years ago and have been accepting it ever since. The difference with this is it could screw up my entire existence through no fault of my own and after many years of no change and a tentative truce, it now has an end in sight and I can't wait to release myself.
hummingbird bless your heart. I am glad you are sleeping better. My sleep was tragic last night. It is like as soon as I get into bed I am wired. It is to the point of restless legs which keeps me awake now, so I am off for a quick shower, an epsom salts bath and then going to sleep.
apple... I've been now..You're still flying above the rest of my friends list!!
Step is a close 3rd
Bear in mind that the average person walks 5k steps per day, so you are WAY over that. Personally I've never been average... :rotfl: And by average I mean *normal*
Today I got some paperwork through my door. As soon as I sign it and return it in the post, and get the nod... I am.. free! And can openly speak of my extreme joy at finally being able to say that!!! :j:j
Jellytot had a great day at nursery. Only 2 accidents. She was exhausted this evening and in bed by 5:45 so I expect I shall be up around 6am.
With that in mind, I am off to do 10 minutes weights, shower, bathe in some salts to relax my twitchy legs and read and then I am going to bed.
Night night xxx

Really think this is something for some lovely people's I know to think about. Am doing some weights, eating steak and going for a shower then bed. Didn't get out for a walk today. Jelly only just went down and I feel pretty beat.
Hugs all. Friday tomorrow! Xxx
