Billie I knew what you meant lovely
I was having you on!! It was a hilarious slip
Nursery went well..ish. I knew she would be excited, distracted and probably not great so planned accordingly. She came home with a mound of wet knickers/leggings and socks. I've put it all through the wash and got it on the radiators ready for round 2 tomorrow. She did manage a long walk home via a visit to see daddy at work and a stroll up the leas with no accidentsbut then we had 2 accidents at home as well.
I've invested in plenty more knickers this evening and some more vests too as hers are getting too small. Will save on washing hopefully. I am sure she will get the hang of it soon. Have left her with her potty in her bedroom - lesson learned after I got up this morning to a removed onesie and nappy and a wet bed :wall: - that went through the wash this morning!!
I've finally had a *usual* Monday so I could track my average days worth of steps when I am getting Jelly to nursery and doing the shopping then cleaning up. The answer is over 18k steps!!And my little extra trip out to get more knickers took me over 20k steps today! :j
Dinner was a lovely fresh spinach, avocado, tomato, orange pepper, cucumber and celery salad, with a chicken breast chopped across it from one of the two chickens I roasted today. I made a super hot and spicy chilli mayoabsolutely yum!
Had a long chat with my bestie todaylistening to her 5 month old little lady in the background jabbering away was fab!!
Am off to do some weighted crunches and arm exercises, 10 minutes of Pilates and a quick shower and then it is bed for me, when I shall hopefully feel tired and Zen. Been sleeping badly recently, not getting to sleep very well. Things on my mind.
Night all xxx

Helllllllllllllooooooooooooooo Lilty!
I missed you! Just reading three of your posts and I am exhausted! I am lucky if I manage 10k steps. Still working on it. Hopefully can start back to walking to work when the weather isn't so disgusting! Are we sure it's actually June and not October??
Hope you are having a fab day. I am going to have to dash before I get told off for using the computer for forums.. hehehe.
Talk soon

Thanks INOD I slept very well. I think a combination of exercise, a shower and some deep breathing really helped me. Not to mention I took an extra amitriptyline as the Consultant recommended upping the dose of those and reducing the codeine intake
always makes me sleepy when I up the dose!
October I have missed you more!! I was surprised by my steps, but have thus far recruited both my mum and my sister :rotfl: to the clan of fitbit - sisters is arriving today. She is VERY competitive, but also pretty overweight so will have to see how this works out. She mainly wants to know how she sleeps :rotfl:
Today is indeed pretty fab, despite the weather. My new clothes have arrived, and I had budgeted for them myself but then Him has just sprung it on me as a surprise that he will buy them from his first *big* pay packet, as he got paid more than double what he normally does thanks to his hours increasing a lot. So I am sat here in a lovely 3/4 length jersey top, a fab hoody, and stroking my 2 new pairs of trackie bottoms and they were FREE. They didn't even cost much in the first place as I got them on a mega deal. £43 plus £4 cashback... I've paid that just for a hoody before!!
In other news....
I'VE OFFICIALLY LOST A STONE!!!!!!!
Bit proud of that:j:j:j

Not a one Step... Brilliant isn't it?!
Between strengthening my back, walking, the diet, the epsom salt baths... I've cut down drastically on my painkillers. Taking less than a third of what I was a few months ago. I am also slowly cutting down on the anti-histamines with no visible ill effects so far. Dare I hope that the 'systemic inflammation' which has so traumatised my immune system is slowly but surely being reversed?!
I don't feel like I am missing out on too much eitherthat makes it easier to continue.

Just picked Jellytot up from Nursery! After yesterdays multiple pairs of wet knickers, socks and leggings... Today she came home in the same clothes she went in!!! Not a single accident all day!!
:D:D
Bless her, she is so chuffed to bits. And the nursery teacher (Janet) said everytime she went to the toilet she said 'I'm so pwoud of you Janet!' to her :rotfl:
Peaty she would happily tell you she is proud of you btw.
It has been a good day
