You're only just round the corner from me Westie... I was watching the sea and though we are not renowned for our surfing seas we could give Newquay a run for its money today. Serious waves rolling in from right out in the channel!!

I didn't even attempt the cliff steps etc on my walk as I just didn't want to face the wind blowing me off to my death tbh :rotfl:

Today would have been glorious here if it were not for the 40 mph winds! It was hot and sunny but far too windy to be out and enjoy it.

Washing dried in no time though!

vicious wind - not a fun day on crutches, I managed to get from the car to work without a problem, but yes the sea was definitely rolling in big waves...

Just realised that I am even better than first thought. Popping receipts on YNAB and bought the vienniese whirls on Monday not Tuesday so am feeling even saintlier for the fact I haven't looked at them since!

Apple so far it is stuck without a resolution and so it continues to weigh on my mind despite me doing everything I've been asked to do to get it moving forwards. I am left waiting on very unreliable people once again. Trying not to think about it but it does get to me late at night. Last night was a decent bedtime but by the time I got to sleep I only had a couple of hours before Jellytot woke up unreasonably early.

Ali you're welcome and thank you for your lovely post too!! I don't think I qualify as a coach for anything... except possibly common sense of which there seems to be little around these days. Wonder if you can train people to have common sense. :rotfl: - and btw I know you all have bucketloads of the stuff.. Was thinking more my mum.. Hims parents.. Him... :rotfl:

Thanks all. I am at work and have mountains of work to do but am whizzing through it. Have a bulletproof coffee after my breakfast egg and jalapeno muffin so am nice and full and thus far no snacking! My fitbit ran out of puff on my way to work. I took a detour and a longer route and it didn't track :rotfl: - but having charged it up at work I have kept some of the steps so will just have to make up for the lack of steps at lunchtime.

Got stir fried veggies, roast chicken and half an avocado for lunch with some macadamias and pumpkin seeds for snacking on this afternoon if necessary xx
