Fanks guys...
I am not so sure about being disciplined. I've eaten 3 squares of green & blacks 85% today
but I did manage to avoid the sticky chocolate pudding (for 4:eek:) that is in my fridge waiting for Him. And all the magnums in the freezer. I honestly think that as long as I am allowed to BUY the junk food, I don't have to eat it. Today I picked up some viennese whirls at 65p for a big box. Happy me. Haven't even glanced at them since. :rotfl: good for my waistline, not so good for my pocket. And if I fall off the wagon there will be trouble!

Have been for a short walk but wasn't feeling very energetic and the weather is atrocious. Wasn't even out for long enough for the BGT Final FGN was watching to finish. But nearly 14k steps done today
not bad.
Am off for a shower & to try and draw the strength to blow dry and straighten my mop. In this weather it is pretty pointless but will make me feel a bit better and am trying to make myself look and feel a bit better even if it is only a spritz of perfume and some make up for the nursery run!
